Zoho Sign Global Settings vs. Template and Document

Zoho Sign Global Settings vs. Template and Document

Hello,

We are running into an issue on a current use case. We already use Zoho Sign. Now that KBA is available, we want to begin using it in our tax delivery process, by allowing clients to sign electronically, but also download a copy of their return during the signature process. We do NOT want a copy of the return to be emailed upon completion for privacy/security reasons.

I see in the Account Settings>Recipient Experience, that I can check or uncheck download and email as part of the signer experience. However, it doesn't seem, as far as I can tell, that this can be overridden at the template or document level. For example, if I wanted the default to be to allow for download, but not to email it, I want to be able to allow the template level to default TO email it, or vice-versa.

Is anyone aware of whether this is possible? If not, I'd like to get this added to a request to vote on. Also, if not, one workaround could be to set up multiple Zoho Sign accounts, but as ZohoOne users, I'm assuming there would be a cost to doing this?

Thanks!
