The holiday season is upon us and we are just over a month away from the 2020s! While time has indeed flown by quickly, we would like to take a few minutes here to outline the recent highlights in Zoho Sign's journey as a digital signature app.
We had ended our last update post by stating that there were some major exciting integrations lined up for release in this quarter, and we are not here to say otherwise. Over the past couple of months, Zoho Sign has had some of its most awaited integrations go live making it a tightly integrated app within the Zoho suite of software, with the count going up to 24 active integrations, including 15 Zoho applications. Here's a quick summary of our recent product updates, followed by a brief note on each of them.

Zoho Finance integration
Previously in closed beta, Zoho Sign's integration with the Zoho Finance apps is now available for public use. This integration allows users to add a layer of authenticity to their financial documents by digitally signing them using Zoho Sign. Users can digitally sign invoices and estimates before sending them to customers, and collect signatures from customers on estimates in their Client Portals to confirm their acceptance. This integration is presently available in Zoho Books, Zoho Invoice, and Zoho Inventory.
Zoho Mail extension
The much-awaited Zoho Sign extension for Zoho Mail has also been made publicly available now. Using this extension, users can sign documents themselves, or set up sign workflows to collect signatures and obtain approvals on paperwork, and create legally binding business documents directly from their Zoho Mail inbox. This extension can be accessed by toggling the collapsible eWidget inside Zoho Mail and adding documents from mail attachments to be signed or sent for signatures.
Orchestly integration
Zoho's very own recently released workflow management software, Orchestly, also comes with a Zoho Sign integration built into the app. This integration allows users to add documents to business workflows and get them digitally signed during transitions in job activities. Users can this enable this integration in Orchestly from the Zoho Marketplace.
Import from and export to Zoho WorkDrive
Zoho WorkDrive, the recently released collaborative online file management tool for teams, allows Zoho Sign to import files and export them back. Users can use the CloudPicker tool to import documents from Zoho WorkDrive when creating a signature request. Conversely, users can save the signed documents back to Zoho WorkDrive from the Detailed Document view inside Zoho Sign. However, a deeper integration that allows users to initiate sign workflows directly from the Zoho WorkDrive app is in the works and will be made available in the future.
Enhanced Zapier integration
Previously in BETA, Zoho Sign is now available for public use on the popular and powerful integration platform, Zapier. Users can leverage this integration to connect Zoho Sign with 1500+ external web applications and build automated workflows for collecting data, generating smart documents, and getting them digitally signed. Additionally, users can choose from a list of popularly requested zaps to quickly set up workflows between Zoho Sign and their favorite apps.
Brand new mobile apps for Apple devices
In the last couple of months, Apple announced a slew of updates prompting euphoria and excitement all around that kept people on the edge of their seats. With several major releases such as iOS 13, iPad OS, and macOS Catalina, we joined the bandwagon and released our own upgraded new-look apps for each of these platforms. From being able to scan physical documents, use Siri to sign documents, and sign in using your Apple ID; to managing your documents across these platforms using refreshed interface options such as the dark mode, multiple windows, and other enhanced input capabilities like context menus, hover actions, and shortcuts, there's plenty to fall in love with. You can download these mobile apps from their respective stores.
