Zoho Social | Instagram Integration in Zoho Desk

Good day Zoho team!

I have a question.

If we link the Instagram business account to our Facebook page, and we integrate the Facebook to Social in Zoho Desk, the "Messages" from Facebook will be converted into Ticket right? Does it also convert the Instagram DMs if we have link the Instagram to our Facebook?

Please let us know if this is possible.
