Zoho Support is horrible

Hey,

first and foremost: I am a big supporter of Zoho and pay thousands of € every year for using the platform.

Nevertheless, there are Zoho products that are badly designed, Zoho Directory being one of them. Yesterday this software locked my PC in a way, where I can‘t login anymore. Support assured me that they are going to solve the issue within the next hour. 

Nearly 24 hours later, nobody contacted me yet. No message at all. I don‘t have access to my PC and can‘t work. This is a horrible situation and I feel helpless.

This is a post to warn users and shed light on these issues. If you don‘t have a lot of resilience and calmness, don‘t go with Zoho.
