We are looking to used a CTI with our current phone system

We used Polycom phones on a hosted PBX solution and was wondering if anyone knows if this would work or has a 3rd party software that works with Zoho and Polycom

We need the following features:-

1. Click to Dial via web browser

2. Popup on customer details or account.
