I have several client that are computer illiterate and even getting them to go to a URL is a struggle at times. I also have clients that have poor vision. Sure I can email them a link for a Remote Support session but if the person has an issues with email that will not work. 

Is there an option in ZohoAssist to actually have it place an shortcut on their Windows desktop that when clicked will go to in my case   join.zohocloud.ca  or do I simply have to create that shortcut myself?
