ZohoCRM上での接触回数の集計や評価について

当方toB営業を行う会社なのですが、
顧客ごとの接触手段と接触回数を蓄積してKPIや評価指標としてレポーティングしたいのですが、どのタブでどのような運用をするのが適切でしょうか。
商談タブ、取引先タブ、連絡先タブそれぞれにおいて運用方法を考えましたがイメージが湧かず、ご教授いただければ幸いです。
