Hello  

Our agent help desk seems to be having an issue.  

We are receiving the following error in the console:

Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected end of JSON input
    at JSON.parse (<anonymous>)
    at Object.handleHttpResponse (d17nz991552y2g.cloudfront.net/app/js/Gamification.335afbb71a4a9d91d2f0.js:1)
    at XMLHttpRequest.n.onreadystatechange (d17nz991552y2g.cloudfront.net/app/js/Gamification.335afbb71a4a9d91d2f0.js:1)

There are some other issues that propagate from this like the header menu not being 100% and therefore the tooltips dont show up in the right place...
