ZohoOne Sheets, Calendar Freeze
Does anyone else have constant ZohoOne App freezing? It is most consistent for me across Zoho Workdrive, ZohoSheets, ZohoMail.
I am the Admin of the account and consider myself to be reasonably tech savvy. I run a MacBook Pro with 16GB RAM on a reasonably stable NBN connection around 30MB/s.
It doesn't matter whether I use Chrome, Firefox or any other browser with extensions on / off. Sooner or later it grinds to halt. It is so bad that I have to default to using Excel online or Google Sheets with no problem at all.
I have provided traceroute after trace after traceroute. Other people in my org also report the same issue.
I wonder if it maybe the DNS settings of our domain running through Cloudflare etc.
Anyone else had any luck?
I have never had this kind of experience so consistently with a cloud based work suite. It is very frustrating as the Zoho stack is great.
