ZohoWriter deletes spaces when pasting a document from Microsoft Word.

Everytime I try to paste a 63 page document into ZohoWriter, it deletes random spaces between select words throughout the entire document. 

An example:

Original Text:

Sift together the dry ingredients. Cut in the butter until mix resembles bread crumbs rather than flour. Make a hole, pour in milk into center. Mix until liquid is completely mixed in, not until it resembles dough. Mix with be very crumbly. Pour onto a floured surface. Work just until edges no longer look flaky. Indent tops with a thumb then coat with a thin layer of buttermilk on the top. Bake 425 ° for 12-14 minutes. Recipe can be frozen as well.

ZohoWriter when text is pasted:

I bolded the spaces of error for emphasis.

How do I keep this from happening? I installed the copy/paste app as recommended but this still happens, even when trying to paste individual recipes and not the whole document.
