Product Request: Send email to Secondary email
Guys, we should be able to send the campaign to the secondary email too. Is this on the plans for Zoho Campaign? It looks like I can map the secondary email from the CRM to the Campaigs, but can not send the message.

Logic for sending to a non-primary email address
Hi, I have a scenario where contacts are able to sign up for emails with 2 different email addresses (example: work, personal). I've mapped both to Campaigns from Zoho CRM, but when I go to target an email only the primary email addresses are pulling in. Formatting and slow
Creating campaigns are difficult. I'm fairly computer literate but some of the way Zoho Campaigns formatting works is painful. Images fail to upload or are very slow. Can I remove or divert certain contacts from an active Campaigns workflow?
I have created a workflow in Zoho Campaigns, which sends different emails, once contacts have been added to a mailing list. To choose which email to send to the contacts, there are conditions, which divert contacts based on their company type and their company size. There was a subsection of this workflow, where company size wasn't selected correctly, and some contacts have been sent down the wrong path and received the wrong email. The workflow contains a reminder loop and a further series of emails.

So we've been having an issue with tracking email opens. Specifically in Gmail. Our emails are not that long either, maybe 4 sections of image/250 characters of text/button per section.
