Cliq - CC Event Creator on Calendar Invites
Hi Cliq Team, It would be useful upon event creation, if Cliq CC'd the calendar invites it sends out to the event creator. We currently do not use Zoho calendar for our staff, so the events are not added to the creator's calendar. Participants get the email from Cliq, which is awesome. If the event creator got those emails as well we would appriciate it. Thanks!

Cliq Invites
Hi, we have an organisation with 11 members in Zoho Workspace. What I can't understand is why Cliq can't be used to communicate with other members unless an invite is sent and accepted? Is there a way for the administrator to open up Cliq to all members? Thanks

Cliq and Projects Integration Question
The Cliq and Projects integration allows a project to be associated with a Cliq Channel. Unfortunately it does not appear that can be a external Cliq Channel. Is there any settings that can change that, or is that just the way it is? Thanks

Create chat from TASK
When i create a cliq chat from TASK there is a hue problem, the other peroson can not see the task source of the chat. When a converstation is created to cliq from Zoho projects TASK you should put automaticlyh a task link to the convertation. Otherwise must say to the title for what task is this chat. I tried to add the task link to tile but is HUGE

Missing chat when exporting Private Conversations: Include Direct messages and private channels
I signed up for Zoho Cliq trial. I'm testing it out before upgrading. When I export: "Private Conversations: Include Direct messages and private channels" The chat is not visible in any of the exported json files. There is no chat history under 1.json. channels nor users. Am I doing something wrong? Is the export pvt chat not functioning in the trial perhaps...or is it user error (me) Please help I'd like to shift my company to Cliq.

Here's what's new in Cliq Web: Edit comments for attachments While sending a new attachment now you can add emojis and @mentions in the comments section. Mozilla Firefox Multi-container allows multiple Cliq (so does Safari private window)
Hi, I'm now have 3 Zoho accounts for different clients and have to manage 3 Cliq instance and their messages. As Cliq doesn't allow multiple accounts in the app, I find my workaround in Mozilla Firefox. Firefox has built-in a multi container extension, which allows to separate website from each other (cookie and data storage are not shared between tab or windows). I'm using this feature to create 3 containers, one for each Zoho account. Now, I can open Cliq in each tab and login using different credentials.

Hi, we have almost 1000 different items in our Shopify store. Connected the store to Cliq by flow to streamline the information between the shoppers and the salesperson. Trigger: order created first condition if condition A contains X or Condition B contains Y or Condition C contains Z then SP1 should get the details of the order in their Cliq channel otherwise the 2nd salesperson will get the notification. @mention does not work via Zoho Projects
Hello, We use the ZOHO Projects chat room as you can see The problem is that in Cliq Room the @mention does not work. And when they are inside the room all the project participants there is no way to make a discussion mentioning someone. Ability to see the details about all members in a group in Zoho Cliq

Cliq - Project Bot - Can only see Internal Task Lists
Hello! I'm seeing an unexpected behavior in the marketplace add-on for Project Bot.' When we go to add a Task from within Cliq, the form window which opens will only include the TaskList option if the list is set to Internal. If we create a task without a TaskList, then it will recreate the General (Internal) list and place the task there. I've just removed the add-on completely, and reinstalled it, and the issue persists. Love the usefulness of this plugin and Cliq, but this creates too much extra
Using both Cliq and Connect?
I am wondering if anyone is using both Cliq and Connect? There are several feature overlaps between the two products which can be confusing to the users. It seems to me if the features of both were merged it would make more sense? Your thoughts would be appreciated.
Cliq - no notifications when not in app
Hello Zoho team, I use Cliq on my iPhone 5s (model ME305LL/A) with iOS 12.1.2. If I the app is open, I get banner notifications. But if I have the app closed or my screen is locked, I don't receive any push notifications (neither "lock screen" nor "notification center"). I have extensively checked my settings both within the Cliq app itself and on my iPhone for the Cliq app, and all notification types are enabled. I've also looked into battery and privacy settings on my iPhone, including apps' background
