Ignoring blank fields in simple formula
Hi All I'm trying to create a formula expression to sum four fields using this expression: "£ " + ((Presentation_Cost + Press_Release_Cost + Other_Costs + Deliveries).round(2)) which works fine, unless one of the four fields are blank and then the result is also blank. What do I need to change it to so that the formula will ignore blank fields? Many thanks Nick

Hi, I have a zoho creator view with some filters added for various fields. All the filters are working fine with respect to functionality and also filters can be removed. But the adding and removing of filters is not correctly working for lookup field values. For suppose i have added a filter for a lookup field value.When i click on the remove symbol(Click to remove this filter) i.e., close or cancel (X) in the applied filter of the view as shown in below screen print, a new field for the filter

When you create a new form, it gives you the option to put that new form in an existing tab or a new tab. I've created some tabs I now want to delete. How is this accomplished? I'd also like to be able to hide some tabs from other viewers. Is this possible? Jonathon

Hyperlinks in Embedded Report
I wanted to display a name, and two hyperlinks on a report... embed in a webpage... and have someone be able to see the report, copy and/or click through the hyperlinks. However... embedding a report doesn't do that. If you right click on a displayed hyperlink, you get choices like sort, view underlying data, etc... Not what I wanted at all. I simply want to embed the DATA into a webpage so it appears as a table of links, that behave like any other link on a webpage. Do I need to do this

Hello, I am using Hariharan's CRM. Each store has a unique Zoho login. In the New User form I have a field named STORE. (There may be 2 or 3 users per store) Also every record in a form called LEADS there is a field called STORE. I need to ensure that when a store logs in. They can only view their own records and not the records from other stores. Can anyone please help?

Hi, I want to filter a lookup list in this way: 1) I have three forms, Categories, Subcategories and Products 2) Everyone of these forms have a multiple look up field to the other two forms 3) When entering a new product, the user selects as many categories as he/she wants, no problem here, no filtering, all Categories show up 4) When selecting Subcategories, I want this list to be filtered in a way that only those Subcategories belonging to the Categories already selected by the user show up.

Lets say I am cooking and I have 10 recipes. So, I create a form with each recipe as a record and I give that recipe record a name. ie. Carrot Cake. Now I want to experiment with the ingredients in that recipe, so each new experiment would be a revision of that original Carrot Cake recipe. So I create a field Revision. Can I create a lookup field that would show what revisions had been previously created for the Carrot Cake recipe? So that duplicates are not created? Or can a formula of some kind

Deleting multiply subforms
Hi, I have a form that has say two subforms in it [form1 and form2]. When deleting a record of type form I should manually delete the relevant records typed form1 and form2. Register Without Email
Here's a new one! A client of mine has a few patrons that apparently do not have or want to share an email address. Can you believe it? Yet, they have online access, presumably at a library or work computer. The client wants the patrons to manage their contact data online. I'm at a loss how to create an app that requires sign-in but does not use email (zoho accounts)... I know it's not allowed to create a custom authentication system so what's the workaround here?

Can the SendMail from a form only send data from the decision checkboxes selected by the user?
I have the email set up, so that it sends a copy of the data to the form user once they have completed it. However, as I am using a lot of decision checkboxes, with only a few actually being ticked by the user, I want to know if there is any way of limiting the data that is sent on the form to those decision checkboxes that have been checked by the user? Does anyone know how to do this please?

I have a simple view with 2 columns of single line fields. The vertical spacing between the lines of text in the view is larger than the actual text. Is there a way to change the spacing?

Number of fields in table
Our table includes "too many text fields". Your support documents state: "Form can have maximum of 80 text fields with max length of 255(SingleLine and Email). This can be increased by reducing the max length value." We reduced 50 fields from 255 characters to 3 characters. We are still UNABLE to add a single new field to the table. What's going on????

Hello, I am developing an app to find the average score among 4 scores the user inputs in a form. However, the field does not appear on the form (even when I check the box), AND it doesn't show up in the view. Here is the function I am using: (Work_Quality_Score + Work_Habits_Score + Job_Knowledge_Score + Behavior_Score)/4 Also, I have a lookup field to select the employee being evaluated. Is there a way to have it look up First name and Last name? These are two separate fields in another form.
