Report accuracy
We have a system with over 8000 records. Our reports are inaccurate and even after refreshing they are still inaccurate. We also need to do multiple "regenerations" in order to get the accurate information. I have enable "edit access" to my applications. Please can you investigate and respond? You mentioned in older posts by other users a year ago that you where working on the problems with respect to reports not displaying accurately. Adding form data to multiple records
Been using Zoho for a while, but now wanting to elaborate on something we tried to do a couple of years ago. can I add a Link in a form
My form has lots of fields, I want to use a "Line" to divide those, so easier to tell what group is for what. If I have a html web page, only need a <hr/>, but I don't know how to do that in Creator form Thanks
Stretch a not filed across 2 columns
I created a form using the default 2 columns. At the bottom of the form, I need to stretch a note field that has 2 paragraphs of information that the user must agree to before submitting the form. Ho do I get this note filed to stretch across both columns instead of being bunched up in the left column? Thanks!
Counting Schedules
I need some clarification on counting schedules. If I set a schedule to run daily at 8:00 AM, are you going to count each daily run against the number of schedules that I have per my contract? Thanks! Vishal
Custom CRM fields in an application?
When I add a reference to Zoho CRM to an application, I can select a module (i.e. Contacts). Then the application user is presented with the ability to look up contacts to select or add a new contact. 1. What I want to do is skip the look up portion and have them create a new contact. How do I do this? 2. The Quick Create dialog for the new contact only lists a couple of fields. How can I designate more, and can custom fields from our CRM be included in this dialog? Thanks

Business Free Plan
I'm with Zoho creator since 2008, I have seen all your up and down features, and one of thing you really don't bother is disturb your existing users. Previously I had 5 users, logo, 10 Apps and backup plan included. Suddenly I noticed my plan shifted from Business Free to Personal Free. Now I'm getting 2 users, No backup, No logo and 3 apps. It feels like bluff, this is not the way you treat with your loyal users. I will really appreciate, pls remain me in my existing plan.

Better usability on mobile
So I've created a form. When I go to the URL on iPhone in portrait orientation, I cannot see the entry fields to the right. I only see the field descriptions, and it isn't clear that the boxes are over there. Pinching and stretching doesn't seem to do anything. Changing the orientation to landscape, I can then see that there are boxes over to the right that need to be filled in. This is confusing. On a Galaxy, I can at least scroll to the right when in portrait orientation. But how would I know

Creator removing "/" from URL
Hi, we are using a Creator contact form extensively through out our web site. Example: http://2base.com/en/contact/ The contact form is catching the URL of the site where the form is used. (This is hidden for the users). But for some reason it also removes one of the "/" in http://.... So for the above mentioned site the URL shows as http:/2base.com/en/contact This causes problems in CRM, since Zoho CRM does not recognize http:/ as an valid URL, but only http:// Why is one of the "/" being removed

We have done some customizations within Zoho CRM and want to create a form for our website that allows for the creation of an account, associated contacts, and an invoice for an annual payment. Record deletion time stamp
Good afternoon, I am familiar with both the "Added Time" and "Last Modified Time" time stamps. On my form, the "Added Time" works wonderfully. The "Last Modified Time" is not working as wonderfully. Problem: On delete, the "Last Modified Time" is displaying what appears to be random dates and times. Edit form with subform (window size change) causes button issue
When u edit a form with subform if you have a subform field such as notes which expands the edit window vertically it seems the submit / update buttons lose their position. The result is you click update nothing happens (the edit box changes size) and you have to click update again for the change to take affect

Relationship between Date Entries
I looked around the forums for an answer to my issue and couldn't find any, I would like to link two date fields. One for when guests arrive, and one for when guests depart. I am wondering if there was a way to link the two in such a way that i can create a third field that shows the dates they will be attending. It need to include the date they arrive, and the date they depart. Example: They arrive on November 1st. They depart on November 6th They are attending the 1st - the 6th. The Question.
