CRM Integration Problem
I built a form with a CRM lookup field to Accounts. When I add a record in this form I can click on the hyperlink in View and go directly to the Account in CRM. That is great. My problem is I have imported many records into my form with Account names that were not created in CRM, the Accounts were imported into CRM as well, so the Account name matches. I can't seem to find a way to match CRM Account ID with my imported Account names in Creator. Now, when I select the hyperlink in Creator View I get

Hi, Some time ago you kindly added the print option to my 2 main views, a feature which was apparently at the time in beta. Since then I upgraded to the new look and the print option has gone (in an iframe). Is it possible to keep the new look but have the print option back? Adam Smith

Integration/Linking problems with Creator
I have imported Accounts and Contacts in CRM. I have an application in Creator that has fields Account & Contacts that need to relate back to the Accounts and Contacts in CRM. My fields in Creator are linked by ZOHO CRM lookup fields. If I add a new record in Creator using the lookup field everything works fine. I can connect directly to the Account/Contacts in CRM by selecting the hyperlink in my Creator View. My problem is when I import my many records from our old application into the new Creator

Why is form text so big now?
Hello, One of the things I don't like about the new UI is that fields on forms use such large text (unless it's a notes field where I've adjusted the size). However, recently I noticed that even in the old UI the text is all really big. Under settings, there are only two choices "Medium" and "Big" and they're both too huge. Conditional formula
Hi there, I wonder if someone could help me create a conditional formula for a formula field. I have a field called "Signup Value" where we enter a numeric amount, then we have a "Frequency" radio field where either "Monthly" or "Annually" can be selected to say how often the Signup Value paid. In the formula field we need the total annual amount, so it if "Annually" is checked then that should be the just the Signup Value in the formula field, but if "Monthly" is checked it should show the Signup

Form or View - Generate a List by Date Range
I have been tinkering with many formats of things with Zoho Creator to learn it. In my creation, I've made a form that key field is a date (no dups) that pulls up a Look Up listing of people. Basicly, enter the date and then check box off each person attending. Submitting saves it with the date as the key field and then a comma delimited listing of everyone that was checked off. What I would like to do is have a Form or some kind of view that would look up all the records within a Date Range selected
Do public registrants count as 'Users' on the account
Hi, this may seem dumb to ask but, whilst at max our organisation will require 5 users to administer the apps and databse, we wish members of the public to be able to register, log in, add and edit their information on our database via a web form. Will those people count as users on our user count, or simply as public data access through our web form? We are hoping for thousands of registrations but if they count as 'Users' it would be financially unviable.

How to Hide Field in view if data is not entered

setting user permissions for data access
Hello I'm currently building my application and populating it with data which currently stands at a few thousand rows and will eventually grow by a few thousand more. My question is that eventually I'm going to move this into a sustaining phase and will be trying to engage with external users to update data based on the company they work for. My goal is to limit view access based on organisation(s) or maybe an organisation and country. These are all currently captured in the database.
Creator Free/Trial
We're on a Z-CRM Professional account & have upgraded to a Z-CRM Enterprise 15 day trial to test-drive Creator. However, when adding the ZohoCRM field to our test-app, we get prompted to upgrade Creator to a paid version. How are we meant to properly test drive Creator if there's restrictions like this in place. Particularly coming from Z-CRM to Creator on a trial then finding out you can't hook the two together is, well, somwhat pointless, to put it nicely :) Thanks, Raoul

Default Values not working on Excel Import
HI There - It's Day 1 of Zoho for me and so far it's making sense. One issue that I need help on... My form has about 30 fields in it. Four of them have default values set up. When I start adding records I will always be importing an Excel file. The excel file only has 10 fields in it -- none of which are the ones that are supposed to have default values. After the import, the ten fields are populated, but the default value fields are not. What am I missing? The default fields do work if I enter

Public form for data entry by staff
