Gantt Chart in Zoho Creator
Hi Guys, Is there any way to make gantt charts from Zoho Creator data ? I'd like to make simple chart with multiple StartDate and EndDate for each task. See the picture. Maybe with Zoho Project ? Or other web service ? Any tips will be appreciated. Thanks. Pascal

conditional information in Email
Hi, I use CREATOR forms and its Set E-Mail Notification (under More Actions Menu). I can insert any form fields in the e-mail. I want to replace the information from the field depending on the value of the field in the mail message Here is the example If the value of input.field1 equals/includes etc "Yes" then I want to place the text "You are joining to the party" else I want to place the text "You are njoining to the party" into the mail message Is this possible? Reports interaction for users
Hello, I have created a chart report and I have shared it with a user. The user could access the report but could not interact with it. I'll explain what I mean. When I put the mouse over a bar a tooltip appears that says "Click to see the data". If a click it I get the records related to that bar. The problem is that the user doesn't get the tooltip and could not get the records although I have shared the report with him. Thanks, FMN
Creator API add to form with Dropdown or Lookup wont accept Blank or -Select-
Need an answer please, i am paying a programmer to wait ==== From testing it seems you have to pass a value, blank or -Select- both return fail I would expect -Select- to work.. maybe i am missing something is there a trick to this ?
Filter across tables
I have a number of assets (automobiles) The automobiles have a number of tyres fitted. plus an exhaust to reduce emissions. With a number of automobiles comes lots of tyres and exhausts. I have created 3 tables. The first one is for the “Automobile” with a unique ID. I linked the other two tables (“tyres” and “exhausts”) using the unique ID. How do I choose an automobile (ID) and filter and show in the other 2 tables so as to show just the attached tyres and exhaust for that unique ID. is

I changed the name of my form and the links asociated to it in my whole application. After this, the functionality of formula fields appear not to be working in this fomr. Please help me out. Subform: Quantity of Add Rows...
I have a subform, right now it seems to be like I can´t add more rows, I have 16 Rows. I put on the edit field of the Subform max rows = 30, but it seems to be that its not working. How can add more Rows for the Subform?. I will appreacite any help on this. Victor Miranda
Report limitation
When I was in free account, I did 1 report and erase it. Then a message says " You can only have a maximum of 2 reports under this account. Kindly upgrade to a suitable plan to create more " Well, it was free. No complains. Now I have upgrade it to basic plan, I have not created any report but today I got: You can only have a maximum of 5 reports under this account. Report Limitation (user or application based)
Sorry for the newbie question, but I'm a newbie. :-) Is the report limitation of 2 based on the Zoho user or the specific application being generated? I.E. Can I have 2 reports per each of my 3 apps; or am I limited to 2 reports total for all 3 apps combined? Hi, The Set Criteria in the Form View has changed. I used to be able to just select my fields and it would bring up options for me to choose. Now it is just a blank box where I have to write in the code myself and I don't know what to put? I have a database with people and I would like to have multiple options when searching. Auto fill a subform based on a common field
In my current database I have all of our customer information and the order information in one table. Every time a customer reorders we create a new record with all of the customer info and the new order info. In my trial with Creator I see that you have a "subform" option which seems like a much better way to handle the information. I split the information and imported it in two different Forms, one for the customers and one for the orders. In the main "Customer" form I added a subform so that

I would like my form to show current date and time when the field called "Master" (which is a drop-down field) has the value "Received" or "Reorder (on file)". How do I do this? Unable to create second report in Zoho Creater
I only have 1 report in my application, which I created yesterday. There is no button to be able to create a second report. The banner at the top states " You can only have a maximum of 2 reports under this account. Kindly upgrade to a suitable plan to create more" I only have 1 and am allowed 2. I am already a PAID $25.00/month account. I wish to create a second report that I am allowed. I am probably missing something obvious and, if so, apologise in advance, but in all my Zoho Creator Applications the labels mostly appear to the left of the fields. Is it possible to reposition the labels so that they are above the fields?
Combining data from form and view to ascertain count
Hi, I am taking input from 2 forms. One to take details of students, the other to take details of instructors. Each student is allocated to an instructor, so I have 3 views. One is a table of students. A second is a table of instructors, and a third is a reduced view of the instructors to show only one field other than name, that is a number of private students the instructor has. What I really want to figure out is how to add that number to the count of current students. Currently I have to use

I'm considering buying the GravityForms wp plugin to easily make better looking and more functional forms, and I'm wondering how easy it will be to integrate this with ZC forms. Has anybody had experience using ZC and gravityforms together? I figure the GravityForm will either Post to the ZC form, or perhaps send email to ZC form.
