pass criteria to a report via URL
My goal is to pass a dynamic filter variable to a report via a URL. I have been reading the forum looking for a way to pass a filter variable to a report that is embedded in an HTML view. I have read this thread (Dynamic functionality based URLs for reports). One solution that is presented uses the ZOHO_CRITERIA parameter. Apparently, this solution will work but will not provide real time results - delays of at least one hour are documented in the linked thread. Unfortunately, delayed results

Customized Login page and automatic redirection
I'm currently running Zoho Creator Helpdesk and am using Google Apps for all my technicians, which just works great! However, my customers need to logon with an explicit non-googleApps ZOHO account. The only way to for them to log on is to open the ZOHO website at http://creator.zoho.com/home/index, logon to the ZOHO application cloud and click the link on my website in order to open my support CRM. New and Lost to Zoho
I just found Zoho, and I am as lost as I am impressed. I have 5 users (employees) that need to access pricing for our services. I easily uploaded the CSV with the 4 fields for each record to access. I want the user (employee) to have a simple search field, type in the "CPT code" (one of the 4 fields), then have that record show. Rinse and repeat. ANY help is greatly appreciated.
Zoho Creator import from spreadsheets
This bug has been there for a long time and I think I reported a year ago. You guys promised to be looking into it. The problem is, whenever I try to import data into a Zoho Creator form, if the data is Double (numbers with decimals), the columns won't match up although the column names are the same. This happens with Google Docs import , Excel file import, desktop loader, or directly posted data.
comments do not work in schedule script
Code comments (i.e. prefixed by "//") throw an error in the schedule script editor when trying to save the script.
Deleted application still show in the mobile version
Dear I have deleted an application named "Contact". So when i go to the home page in my account, "Contacts" is not there. All makes sense till now. Now when I open the mobile version of zoho creator I see "Contacts-727795000000567035" which is the actual Contacts application which I have deleted! and I can actually access it. why is that happening? Creator support for Quickbooks Online Data Services
Intuit is in the midst of a major launch for their new Intuit Partner Platform (IPP) which will provide access for cloud apps to their Data Services. Is anyone else excited about the prospect of integrating a Creator app with QBOE? True cloud apps at their best! From my initial read, it looks like Zoho would have to configure their servers to meet Intuit's requirements. Would be so cool to open up 4 million QB users to ZC developers!
Can we get Joomla or Jotform to work with Zoho Recruit?
I have built forms in Jotform and also Zoho Creator. Because of the size of the application, Zoho Creator splits it into 3 submissions. It is not working properly on my Joomla website. So that being said, since the Jotform application does work correctly and since I pay to use Zoho Recruit. Can we find away to get those to talk. You already have something that allows Joomla to work with Zoho CRM, why not Zoho Recruit
Currency type in Report incorrect
In one of my Forms I have a Currency Field using GBP £ however my reports show the dollar sign $ in this field. This is very confusing to our users. How can I fix the report so that it shows the correct currency type? Is there a script that I can use? Kind regards, THarrison

when I embed the frame snippet for my form into my vbulletin site, it works wonderfully.....but makes the Home page disappear. anyone have this problem? oh....it's not loaded on my home page either.
Too many emails being sent automatically
Recently i had a user create an application for me. When creating this application i wanted an email to be sent when an account is overdue for service. It works however it is sending me the same overdue notification over 200 times in 200 different emails. Can someone help me fix this, all i need is one email to be sent letting me know an account is overdue
Using an Image as hyperlink
In my HTML view, I'm trying to use an image that I have uploaded into a form in my application as a hyperlink to a different perma-link HTML view. The image will show properly on the HTML view, but there is no hyperlink on the image. I am having a difficult time creating new applications. I have created 2 already but now it won't work. I have to copy and paste my spreadsheets because it appears that Zoho does not accept "xlsx" files.

How come openUrl won't open in new window?
Hello: Upon clicking submit, I want to open several google search windows to compare the results of similar searches. Using the code below, ZC will open only one new tab in firefox, and perform each search in the one window, so I'm left only with the final search result, rather than having separate tabs or windows to view each search result. Am I doing something wrong? How can I get openUrl to open multiple different windows, rather than displaying all results in one? Thanks Kenny Google_Search

I would like to create a work order application and integrate it with Quickbooks and a CRM. I have not decided on a CRM yet. My question is how can I get this accomplished? Selecting record ID causes type mismatch
I'm trying to have a lookup field with record ID as values; When I go to fetch the record based on input ID selection, I get a problem of left side is type BigInt, right side is text. Form Definition Update seems to be broken???
I'm editing a working form, via the form definition; I put my edit in place, then click on 'Save Script' as usual; the form definition appears to update, as expected (ie, "Please Wait" box shows in mid screen, and wheel turns near button); there's no indication of any type of error. Hi, I'm a newbie trying to get one form to update a date list in another on success. The form I'm trying to update is a Vendor form. The form I'm submitting from is our monthly meeting form. We can use multiple vendors at each meeting (Vendor 1, Vendor 2, etc). I want the Vendor page to include a list of the dates that we've used them (so in the Vendor view I can link back to the monthly meeting view for that date to get more details), but I only want one date in that form, no matter which vendor

RESET button should also clear the error messages and make the form cleaner for fresh entry

I had spent a very long time on an application form and was about done when I decided to change the color of a multi line field. When I typed in the HTML code, I made a small mistake. While trying to edit one of my entry I am getting pop-up Error Invalid entries found. Please correct and submit again. Cannot modify forms or import data!
For nearly 2 hours, I've been trying to import a single row into a new form with no success. If I create the form via import xls, upon submitting it goes to an error page stating 'something went wrong, we'll look into it' If I create the form and attempt to add my fields via free-flow-script editor, it looks like it works, but when I return to the form, none of my fields are there! I've tried creating a new application, and a new form, in case that would work. But it doesn't. I'm shut down :(
Using PickList to display one value but record another
I have a simple form with a self-reference to a parent field, used to manage distribution areas. A distribution area may be a part of a larger parent area. Assigning font color to users???????
Is anyone aware of how to (or is it even possible) to assign a colored font to each of my users so that when looking at comments I can see which one typed the entry if multiple users are using the same box?
