Activity view in Count summury
Hi, it would be a great thing, if, in the summury's count, i could choose colomns i want to display. At the moment, colomns : Objet Type d’activité Statut Date d’échéance Date&Heure de début Date&Heure de fin Nom du gestionnaire Heure de modification are display, which is to much in order to be effective.. :/ Isn't it possible to delete some colomns for the display ? limit users from viewing fields while editing form
Hi I am new to zoho creator and using a free subscription while still trying to figure out if this can really help us with our needs. Here is my first question so far: situation: I created 3 different views for an application intended for 3 different groups of users. This is mainly to let each user group see only the fields that they need to see. It works well so far. Hi there! My company is using Zoho Creator to create a searchable database of market research vendors. Using a combination of forms and views, we've created a great source for searching for/adding vendors, their points of contacts, and user reviews on the vendors. The team had a request I haven't been able to figure out, and I'm wondering if it's possible. Is there a way to link the views together? E.g., the user would look up a vendor, and would see the points of contact and average 1-5 scale rating
Need to identify fields that are updated within Form Scheudle
I have created a Form Schedule that sends out an email when a record is added or changed within a specific form. I am able to identify the record by selecting a few unique fields in that record and include them within the email. I would also like to tell the email recipient the exact fields within the record that were changed. It would also be nice to include what the value was in this field before the change and what the new value is after the change. Is this possible? Thanks in advance for your
can't save as script / can't duplicate
I must have something in my code or configuration that is making it impossible to save my application as a script or to copy my application. My priority is to save the application as a script (.ds file). I have a second app under the same account and everything works fine there...save as script and copy my application both work - so it must be some corruption in the other application. My Apps don't show up on Home page
When I try to duplicate an app I've already created, it doesn't show up on my Home page with the other apps. Instead, I am taken to a different screen that looks like Home -> My Apps. That's the only place I can access the copied apps, so in order to get back to it, I have to duplicate one of the apps that shows up on my home page. Is there a setting I am missing?

Why "&&" turns to be "&&"
Hello, Every time I open the scripts in Functions, I see "&&" are replaced with "&&". But if I save the script, "&&" cannot be accepted; so I have to change "&&" back to "&&". However, if I reopen the script, it's still "&&". In addition, if " " is involved, the script may give like this: " ". Previously it functioned OK so I wonder whether it's a new bug. Thanks!

It would be great to be make form objects another variable type. Now a form object (such as someform [somefield > 0] ) can be passed as a parameter in a function, but can't be returned by a function. Assigning Values to Users
Is there a way to assign values or fields to usernames? I would like to assign a company name to each user in my application, then use that field to auto-populate a field in a form when the user submits data. Thanks in advance for your help!
Hosting form off main site
Wondered if any one can hlep me please. My new website is set up over two columns and as such the form wont fit in as it can only sit in one column or another. Is there anyway to host the form off the site and just have a link that the customer clicks on to access the form - for example in a pop up box? Would appreciate any help as I am going nuts over trying to make it fit. thanks!!!!
Deleted data from form is still showing up in reports
I deleted several records from the "iControl Release Detail" form within my application "iControl Partner Device Certification". For some reason, these records still appear in the report "iControl Release Detail", but I cannot view them in the View of this same form. Can you please delete these records permanently from this form? Thanks!

Review / Show details from last saved record in new stateless form?
Hi, I'd be grateful if anyone can help. I've got a form that takes a load of input details, then on submit calls a URL to send some info to a remote server. It then saves the response from the remote web server in a multi line field called 'Transfer Notes' in a view called Transfer Details. I then want to show this information to the operator in a new stateless form. So I can call the stateless form URL, and show a new field on load I can populate with static data. Ok, what I need to do is this: I am grabbing XML data into text fields. Most data is text, but some is actually numbers. I need to be able to take two fields, which are text, but are "decimal text". By this I mean the data is stored in a text field, but its stored in decimal format. This issue started few days ago everytime I save a page and come back to it i find all the & characters converted into & ; For example r = Add_Material [(Category = input.Category && Name != "")] sort by Category ; would become r = Add_Material [(Category = input.Category && Name != "")] sort by Category ; and what is worse if i make any changes to the page with the & ; i cant save it, i have to change it all back to & to save it! How to change a requester's email ID?
Is there a way to change a requester's email ID? We created some test requesters using names of clients, but our own email addresses. I tried to change it, but the email ID field is inaccessible when I am in the edit screen. Do I have to delete the requester and recreate it using the actual email address?

Would someone please point me in the right direction? I am looking to use a radio button with yes/no as the options. Hello, Due to the issue around the iframe height hard coding I am embedding using the JavaScript equivalent. However, one of the effects of this is the Zoho Favicon is displaying in the results window. Do you have any ideas on how to prevent this, aside from switching to the iframe code? Thanks

What a frustrating user experience at Zoho Creator. The form I used to report my initial issue crashed and asked me to fill up another form to report the crash. The new form doesn't work either. I'll keep it short this time because my longer message I tried to submit earlier is lost now. Issue 1: I can't see the button to create a new application on my ZOHO Creator homepage. lookup verus dropdown anything to consider
Hi Am building my forms in zoho and i tend to keep using lookup instead of dropdown Good Reasons for lookup so far are 1) With a lookup, one change is reflected in any form that uses that field 2) I can have columns in a lookup which with the advanced display helps a lot 3) I can list alphabetically 4) I can select a default 5) The default entry to the user is -select- stops me from thinking about it so far all good... question, am i missing something which is going to trip me up or another way any

How can I continue a balance from one record to another? For example: A client that makes a payment. How can the balance from that payment transfer over to the next payment that the same client makes?
