VERY URGENT!! More images disappearing from HTML Views --- company Home Page is disasterous!
THIS IS EXTREMELY URGENT. More and more images are disappearing from HTML Views... now it's critical imagery on our company's Home Page. Company logo disappeared-- broken link to image -- in ZC headers
Suddenly this morning our company logo has vanished from our Zoho Creator application, replaced by one of those 'missing image' icons. I re-uploaded the logo and it is back. But the real issue is WHY? And, not just "why did the logo disappear", but why are there always little and big things like this happening that keep us afraid of what Zoho Creator will break next? Two Forms, but One View

Remove options from Dynamic List
After searching the forums for a few weeks I failed to find a solution to the problem. I have a student database with 3 forms, registration, module & lesson update. In my lesson update form i have 2 lookup fields and 1 dropdown. Studentname = Lookup, populated from registration form. Currentcourse = Lookup, populated from module form. Currentmodule = Dropdown What i wanted to do was create the dropdown for Currentmodule from the module form, so once a record was created for a student the next time
Formula in a chart
Hi all is this possible? i have a chart (please see attached pic)! and i would like the user to pick ALMOST CERTAIN from a likelihood dropdown box that i have created & then pick MODERATE from a Consequence dropdown box i have created. and it totaling to the reliant amount ? you will see from the chart that if i choose likely and choose minor it will come to a 3. i hope this makes sence. Multiple usernames for one organization
HI, I'd like to set up two usernames for one organization and share different forms to each username. Can I do this with only one email address for the organization? Also, can I set up their usernames (but not passwords) without emailing them the invitation to have them do it? Thanks!

Picklist dropdown returns unwanted data from another field
Hello, I am having a problem with my picklist dropdown. It is returning the data from the correct field, but also it is giving me data from another field that I am not asking it to. I have two forms, one for Groups and another for Intergroups. Each Group is a member of a larger Intergroup. When someone fills out the Group_Registration form, I want them to be able to simply indicate on a dropdown who their Intergroup is by a reference to the IntergroupName field on the Intergroup_Registration form.
Hide name of document and have it replaced with a checkmark

Easiest way to create a dynamic updatable list
I have a form that uses a list / dropdown box. the list is static for the most part but i would like to maybe have a user be able to click a button (or some other action) and be able to ADD an item to this list. the user will only ever need to select just one option.

Labels on a form?
Hi, From what I can see on the forums, there's no way to make certain fields "read only" on a form. Is there a way to have "labels"? In other words, rather than fill editable fields with data, maybe some of those fields can just be text on the form that is taken from data. I want a form that gets data based on a drop down selection, but I only want some of the fields to be editable. The other fields can just be labels/text. Thx.
Creator Set date AND time on load
Let me preface this by saying i am VERY NEW to scripting and using zoho creator. I have a date-time field in a form that i want to auto populate with the date and time that the user will be inputting the data. I have already set the field to hidden and can script it to auto fill in one or the other, but i am not able to get it to auto fill the date AND time. Any help would be appreciated! thanks so much! Hi All, I want to be able to create a weight field for height and inches in zoho creator for my form. For example: Under the header Weight, I want clients to be able to input a numeric number 6 against the header Ft and 4 against another header Inches. Insert multiple rows with creator...possible?
I'd like to know if what I am attempting is just impossible in zoho or if I'm doing something wrong...any feedback is appreciated! it would be great to be able to have the field in a view that is a lookup field to be a clickable link to a view of the parent record that it points to. It would be great to provide this as an option in the views. I found it a very helpful feature in webex office.

How to make a calendar view out of multiple fields
So I have a form with jobs that have recurring dates that are based on there frequency. My form has a next date, second next date, third next date, ect field. I want to have a calendar view that shows all of the future dates but calendar view can only be based on one fields. Any ideas?

I did a search of the forms and found quite a few ideas around the sharing module. I'm just looking for a concise description of the "Group Sharing" feature being worked on (ref http://help.creator.zoho.com/Working-on.html) thanks. Scripting URL Link to Top Frame
Hey, my HTML view form is working nicely except for a link issue I've been unable to fix - a pesky html link that forces open a new window. The table below calls the variable "BlogLink" into a table cell, creating a list of blog pages on wine (sorted by rating) with links to the individual blog pages for each wine. On the blog, since these links are in a iFrame, they force open a new window, frustrating for visitors. Is there a way to fix this with scripting? I have tried the instructions at the
Filling out forms on iPad and iPhone
Forms used to work great on my iPhone until recently. I also just got an iPad to also fill forms created in Zoho Creator. After hitting the submit button, the "please wait' box pops up and the form gets submitted, but the browser never advances to the next page. It seems like a problem with the javascript, but I don't know. The form works correctly on my mac in safari, and other PCs that I have tried, so the problem must be with mobile safari. Any ideas?
Only some of the MS Access tables are being migrated.... Reason?
I am migrating a very small aacdb database from MS Access 2010 but about half the tables are not migrating. Is this a simple fix or should i just start from scratch in Zoho?
Column widths suddenly way too wide
Suddenly most of my views are super wide as the columns to not display correctly. One view now streches over 3 screens on my notebook. I've checked Firefox and Chrome... same problem. Zoho has edit access to my app (bmpm). Please advise. Regards, Filip
Print & PDF of ZC Views do not wrap text in fields
While preparing for a meeting and needing to print out a ZC view, I discovered that both the Print and PDF functions do not wrap text in the fields, resulting in extremely wide documents -- i.e. the field stretches to fit one line of all the text put into the field. See below. I should note that the offending field is a "rich text" field, and that the text in it has no line breaks. Still, it should wrap. Could this oversight be corrected, please. Printouts and PDFs are essential when sharing

Complete frustration with Zoho Creator
I posted here last week and suddenly started getting Zoho Creator support. That lasted a few days. Unfortunately, each time I talk to someone new and they all have different ideas. problem adding records to 2 related forms via 1 stateless form

Creator Reports: How can I sort the x-axis by y-axis value?
I made a simple bar chart to show the total annual spending on travel for each employee. The y-axis is the dollar amount, the x-axis is the staff member. My problem is that I can only sort the x-axis alphabetically. Instead, I would like to sort the employees according to their y-axis value - in other words, from the person who has the highest spending on travel to the person who has least. Am I missing the easy way to do this? I only see the button for sorting alphabetically...
Dynamic link to amend record in a linked table
I have a view with a couple of linked tables displaying collection/delivery addresses for jobs. I would like the collection field and delivery field to display its contents as a link that opens a pop up window to edit the linked record, in the same way that the default "edit" button does for each record in the view.
