Formula field does not reflect the current data
In one form I have a formula field in MyForm: "<a class= 'zc-formbutton' href=\"#Form:NameOfTheForm?TransactionID=" + TransactionID + "&Client=" + Client_ID + "\">Add new record</a>" Works as I expect. Most of the time... I have now identified a record in the form where this formula field works, where this does not work. The formula is different. The formula grabs the right TransactionID, but the the client ID is for a different client. How could this happen? Is that because the client assignment

Appilcation is set to private any new section is default set to public cant seem to set to private
As per title, my app is set to private, i add a new section (even for the existing reports section) the following is shown 'NNNN- Internal' section is Public change (link) Anyone can access your data and the data will also be indexed by search engines like Google, Yahoo and others. I am setting up a Schedule to send out a reminder a year after a membership form has been filled in. I have a System field set up within Column Properties. When I try to set up a Yearly repeat Schedule I get this error: Repeat is supported only if the start date is a date field (not date-time field) How can I change this System date-time field to just a date field? Hello. We have a database with three tabs and a few forms. I have set it so users can access this database through our organization's Google Apps email accounts. For two of the tabs, we want anyone with an email in the domain to be able to access the tabs. Can we do this without having to specify all of the individual email addresses within the domain... by using a wildcard of some sort? For the third tab we only wish to share it with specific email addresses. Thanks for your help! Great product!

The application says that it will expire on June 25. Before installing, the in Google Apps Marketplace it indicated that it's free for 3 users. Is this not true?
Google IDP Authorization and Google Apps
How does the Google IDP Authorization work with Google Apps? We are using our own domain for Google Apps. Clicking on the "Sign In Using Google" link takes you to a page where you can only sign in with an "@gmail" account. I don't see any option to sign in with a Google account with a custom domain. Ambiguous Error Messages: WHEN will dev ever fix error messages?
Please tell me how I'm supposed to troubleshoot this message below that appears when running an application? Zoho Creator Free - will these limitations hurt my wedding registration?
I created a form for people to RSVP to our wedding. It basically has users enter their name, meal type, etc. There are only expected to be 250 people invited. I can't seem to find a break down of what the free version offers compared to more advanced paid versions. I do remember there was a response here to a time only field like "it's on our road-map". I want to emphasize the importance of this right now: In a form using the current Date-Time input feature, I find the implementation frustrating because: 1. It's in military time, and most western nations are more familiar to AM/PM notation 2. I don't need seconds, or at least I'd like to have to option not to display seconds 3. In some cases (browsers) the java app does not appear and manual entry is cumbersome

A dropdown field - updating after choice
Hi, Is possible to have a dropdown field with 20 choices combined with Date (20 choices for everyday) that, when people select an option and submit the form, the dropdown field automatically update and, in the same day, offer 20 options - 1, and so, until all options are selected for this day, and system return that there are no more options for this day? Drop-down type fields are not displayed in the "select field" list in the lookup field "advanced display options" (new feature)

I created a form to enter customer information. I have two follow up questions based on that. 1.) Our clients call and give us special instructions for future jobs. What I want to do, is to enter notes when a client calls and have that be date/time stamped. A client eventually will have multiple notes with different date/time stamps. 2.) Bug: "Access this application" tab in script editor not going to correct destination
I've noticed over the last few days that when I click on the "Access this application" tab inside the free-flow scripting view, it no longer launches the module being scripted, but instead launches the general application, which is not how it use to operate and is obviously an error. EXAMPLE: Clicking the green "Access this application" tab above in the script editor now takes me to: https://creator.zoho.com/w21admin/w21data/# (the general application startup view) instead of https://creator.zoho.com/w21admin/w21data/#Form:Add_an_Event
How to edit a use information through mail?
Hi, I have a form and I am filling the user information myself. After that I want to mail the form to the user (to the email address that I have filled myself and with the ID section hidden) and ask if he wants to edit any of the information. If the user edits any information and mails the form to me, I want the data in the database to be edited automatically according to the hidden ID mentioned in the emailed form. Newbie Question about "print html view"
Greetings.. In my apps. I used EMBED section -->"form/view" for the "html view"and also enabling the print option as well disabling certain option. After I click the "PRINT link" the image is as below My question is, how do I disable/take out the "Edit" and "Delete" option ? I'm sure that I did disable the "EDIT" and "DELETE" option but the link is still visible in live mode and print mode. I dont want my printing contain those link. really need help pls =).

I have a course booking system using a form made in Creator we have a number of different day courses with various start dates and times . I want to use schedules to: 1. Send out a email response to thank you for each booking this would tell them which course/s they have booked on 2. There is no such component in Zoho Creator - why am I getting this error?
When I share this as a link through email, whe people open the link the above error is displayed. If they press ok a number of times it them allows them to open the form but how can I get rid of it. Many thanks, Lorraine

How to loop through multiple values of same URL parameter name? (ex. ?id=x&id=y&id=z)
Hi, I have an HTML view that has two URL parameters, client and orderid. However, while there is only one value for the client, there may be multiple values for the orderid parameter. For example, my URL looks like this: http://..............?client=PW&orderid=PW233&orderid=PW234&orderid=PW239 My question is, how can I loop through each of those values? I think I have to put them into a list, but when I try something like orders = input.orderid.toList(), only the first value is added. Thanks.
Expression-Fields: How to call a user defined function?
Inside a Expression Field I would like to call a function I defined. Like this: thisapp.mynamespace.myfunction(currentrecord) My function is defined as: string mynamespace.myfunction(MyRecord loc) { // do something } How do I addess the current record? Workaround for 10 character limit on calendar view
Hey guys: Has anyone got a work around for the 10 character limit on the information in the calendar view? It would be really great if the full contents of the field was allowed to flow (wrap) instead of limiting the characters to 10. Any thoughts from any users or support? I've been a free user of Zoho Creator for a couple of years but last week I upgraded to a paid account ($25/mth). Since upgrading I have had to submit a couple of support requests but have found the response time to be very slow - a couple of days. Edit this application problem - only one column of fields is now visible!
Just recently, when I click on "Edit this application" it only shows one column of fields available for edit. This is only about 30% of the fields present in our database. I need to edit these "missing fields." Maybe I'm viewing it incorrectly? Any solutions? Thanks, Ken
How do you make forms where people do not have to sign in to access it?
I have created a survey and retrieved the permalink but when sending it out to people for them to fill out the survey, it prompts them to sign in.... how can I get rid of that?
