Using Dates and IF decisions
Hi is it possible to use an if statement on a date field to show certain data depending on the date? If so how can I do this? Haven't really been able to figure it out. Cheers.
Can I copy fields in my form?
Hi, I have a rather long form (about 50 questions). I would like to repeat about 30 of these questions. One of the first questions is 'how many destinations did you visit'. If the answer is, say, 2 I would then like to repeat the following 30 questions twice - one for each destination. Is it possible to copy a field or do I need to input it all again? Hope that make sense! Thank you
Check of fields between forms
Hello, I am starting with Zoho and I'm having great time. I have created two forms. One is for contacts with several fields including Name and Company. Second is for event with several fields including Name and Company. The user must fill first the Contact form (no problem with this). Then each time he fills the Event form with a new event, I want to check that the couple (Name, Company) is existing in the Contact form. How do I do that? Thanks Jean

I have two forms that we use for booking rides Form 1 Add_New_Ticket one has the list of tickets that can be reserved, with two fields, one is a formula (Choose_Date_and Time) that has the date, time, details, the other has the date (Confirm Date) that zoho recognizes and can be put to use on a calendar. Multiple Email address and SendMail
Please can someone tell me if/how it is possible to add multiple email addresses to the cc field of the deluge sendmail function. I cannot get it to work.

I don't find it anywhere in search but is there a way to "test" a form after one has completed it to see if it is working properly other than setting it up on a web site? Tks - jb
Auto populate
I am building a form to capture owner info - name, address, etc. - and also property info. This info may or may not be the same. I have a check box to check if the info is the same - if not, to fill out the property info. When the info is the same, Is there a way to auto-populate the fields from the owner info already filled in? Also, is there a way to have the date automatically filled in? Tks - jb
Alert Boxes that are not "alert boxes" --- What Happened?
Oh my, what's with the redesigned alert box function? I've been away from Creator for several months so I don't know when this change happened. The Help documentation and 2+ years of direct experience w/ Creator taught me that when you created an "Alert Box" with the alert "<message>" command, an alert box (like what the world is familiar with) would pop up in your view to get an urgent message to you. Creating a form counter
Hi there, I am new to Zoho Creator and I was wondering if anybody had any feedback or suggestions on creating a counter based on the amount of entries submitted in a form? I essentially want to have a view created where it would check how many entries are currently in the form and show the total number in that specific view. Long form - 2 columns?
I an building a form for someone wanting to advertise real estate and need to capture all customer and property information - which may be different from each other. I have an application that has been shared to a user. In their Zoho account it shows in their shared application section. When they open the app it says 'You are not allowed to access this application. Printing Dynamic Forms
I would like to be able to print out a form that has been filled out - these are very dynamic forms, so I would not want to print out the complete record which would have many fields that are not used for that particular record. Any ideas??

API insert record problem
Hi support, We using php in our server, and insert record to creator by API. In normal case, it works. The php and server email the report to us, said it is successful. However, we found that there are about 33.3% chance, the records can't find in zoho, even we receive sucessful report from our server. Any solution? Thank you so much.
Supporting Arabic in Imported Files(Reports) - Need Help

Fields missing from Report creator
I have set up a couple of applications with forms and views, and now want to produce reports. BUT, the key field is not appearing in the list of fields which are used to create the rows/pivots. The other fields are all there. I've checked the properties and can't work out why this one is not appearing. Can anyone help?
Form width issue when launching from stateless form in html view
I have a form called Visit. Invoking the form by pressing the built-in Add or Edit buttons results in the Visit form being displayed correctly on screen. However, I have an Add Visit button on a stateless form that is embedded in an html view. When I open the Visit form using the Add Visit button the Form is displayed with a large amount of extra space to the right of the fields. Data Entry Form With Log In
I have a form for data entry. I would like my users (over 250) with google app accounts to be able to authenticate and enter data into the form. This would be a yearly thing were they should be able to see last years entry and make any changes or updates. These users would have no reason to use zoho for any other reason. I have Zoho with it using my Google apps account for authentication. We have the academic (enterprise) version of Google apps. How can I best have the users log in and access this?

Hi, Obviously zoho.crm.create() works well...but there doesn't appear to be a function zoho.crm.updateRecord() OR zoho.crm.updateRecord() or zoho.crm.updateRecords(), which would also be really convenient. Is there any sign of this update wrapper function being created? I can use the API (XML-RPC) stuff...but the wrapper is so much easier. Hope there's some good news coming on this front? Freezing columns
Hi, We would really really appreciate if the facility of freezing rows & columns is present in the list view and the grid view of zoho creator. It is very difficult to work with large number of records with constant scrolling up and down. If using the grid view to edit data, it makes it very cumbersome and error prone.
