Import Hyperlink from XLS spreadsheet?
Can this .xls field: =HYPERLINK("http://www.youtube.com/user/onewaytoturn#p/a/u/1/wq72JsWH05g";"YouTube Video") Be imported to a Zoho Url field, and the Link and Link Name be propagated from the above function? In this case only "YouTube Video" is pasted in as text, not as a hyperlink. Alternatively, is there a way to have a constant Link Name content, such as "Video Link" so that the full URL doesn't show? I tried to edit the form and it does not seem to allow a fixed entry. Thanks! Wonderful

Zoho creator intermitent form submission error
I have a form that I have created for perspective employees to fill out. 60% of the time, I have no problem with submissions. However, the rest of the time, people are reporting a pop up submission error when they submit the form. I have not been able to replicate the error myself, but I am loosing applicants as they are getting frustrated. Exclude Weekends from Formula
I am trying to calculate total hours that an item is "open" without including weekend hours in the formula. I have been using the following formula field to calculate the total hours from start to end, but I'm not sure how to exclude weekends from being included in the hour total. Here is the formula that I am currently using: ((Date_Approved - Added_Time) / (100000 * 60)) Any help would be much appreciated! Thanks

Input validation according a specific format
Hello, I have a Single Line Text field, where users are supposed to enter numbers separated by semicolons. There is no limit on how many numbers users can enter - the only one constraint is to have numbers delimited by ";", i.e. both entries "12;6;11;64" and "1;2" are equally valid, while "20;6_4" or "20 6" are not. How would you suggest to implement this constraint? How to take into account the fact that the length of an entry is not fixed? Thank you for your assistance.
Private to Public Forms. How long?
I asked this earlier, but it appears that the question has disappeared. How long does it usually take to have private access approved for public access? Hours, Days, Weeks? If I can't get this approved by tomorrow, I'll have to use a different provider and I'd like to use Zoho! Thanks

Remove Lookup Choice without deleting that selection from past database entries.
I have a database the uses "Lookup" to populate employee names for daily transactions. The problem is that when the individual is no longer employed and we remove them from our list of possible lookup choices, their name is also deleted from every past transaction in the database. How do I remove their name from the list of current choices on the lookup field without deleting their name from the every past transaction in the database?

No Admin Access
I am the creator and administrator of our ZOHO program. I have logged in as admin many times before with no problems, the latest being last week. When I tried logging in as admin today, I received an error message stating, I was not allowed to access from this machine. What's up with that? This is the machine I have always accessed it with. RSS Output range in Zoho Creator Export
Hello. I created an application to allow tracking of websites dedicated to a particular topic. I intend to allow others to keep track of sites added to it via RSS. When I go to the export data commands and extract the RSS URL into an RSS reader such as google reader(etc) I only get 25 listings, I would like people to be able to view the full list (which presently has over 130 entries) How do I enable this? Restricting Users to only certain records
Sorry for the newbie post. Is it possible to restrict the records in a table (form) that any particular user can view. For example I'd love for my consultants to be able to have a view where they search for their username which will pull up his/her record adn only his/her record- and allow the consultant to add data, edit data and upload files to this form/table.
