Backup of uploaded files ?
Hi -- How do I backup uploaded files ? I've got pictures uploaded, and when I download backups, they're not included. What would be the way? What would happen is something went wrong and I do a restore, would there still be pictures attached to my records? TIA.
My app is non-responsive to edits
I'm trying to edit one of my forms, and I can't add or delete some of the field types. When I try to add a field it hangs at "Please wait" and doesn't do anything. If I try to delete a field, it vanishes, but if I reload the form it is still there. This is the case with several of the field types. I also cannot add views for the form, or change the columns that are viewable in any of the views connected to the form. It seems that something is "stuck" with that particular form in my app. I've
Need Verification Does not Work
Greetings, I need to use the Verification turned on for my forms. I check the Verification Needed feature, hit save and it does not turn the feature on. Is there a problem with that feature? Bartley
New Records not Created in Issue Manager

Reports- User Filter by Weekday
I am trying to create a report to show Usage trends. The Form I have allows the User to input the Date and Shift, and then the Quantity for each Product. (There is also a field on the form that calculates the day of the week on Date_Field.getday()) The User needs to be able to select the Day of the Week and select how many weeks to return, and then the report needs to output the usage for each day, with the averages. Can a public app use another app's records for lookup fields?
If I sell an app in the Marketplace, is it a good design to have it use another database app to manage the lookup fields that is not purchased? Can this be done? For instance, I have an app with lookup fields. The user cannot add to or access these records directly- only through the lookup field. I would like to add to these records without needing to republish the app for a user to upgrade. Can I have the lookups get their lookup data from another separate database that I maintain in Creator?

Hi there, I was wondering how I would be able to have a multi-line item show up in the calendar view? Right now in the Calendar view, it only shows one line item per appointment. For example, if I create a new item in the calendar view, it'll show my name on a single line. Allowing edit of a record without login?
Is there a way to allow someone to edit a record without logging into ZOHO Creator? I have a form that emails users in a list when a record is added. Once they get the email, there is a link where they can respond Yes or No. If they choose Yes, then a hidden field is supposed to change to Yes as well. If they choose No, then nothing happens and the record remains unchanged. If I am logged in, this works fine and there are no issues. If I am not logged in, it takes me to the form from the
Public Access vs Private Access
If I begin my form with public access and my visitors do not create an account, can I go back after the fact and make the form private and force my visitors to create an account to have access to the information? Limit the # of Formulas in a Form?
Is there a limit to the number of Formulas that can be included on a Form? I have a form that has 13 formulas, and I have tried to add another one, but no matter what formula I put in there (I have even tried to copy other formulas already on the Form that are working) it keeps disappearing. I will put in the formula, and click "Done" and it will save and appear in the screen. But when I go to View to try to add it to the View, it has disappeared, and when I go back to the Form, it is no longer

Passing params to ZOHO
It would be extremely useful if it would be possible to pass data to a ZOHO application. I work with a content mgt. system and I would like to pass some variables from there to ZOHO creator when it starts a form. Example. I would like to be able to pass first-name, last-name, personal-id and sex to an application so that the form is already pre-filled with the information I already know about that user. Hi, I would like to be able to display a view with results based on a parameter, but would like the results to be shown for records where a parameter equals one of two possible values. Add multiple records on one screen
I have built a simple time sheet app. One each input page, we have the following: Date Employee Name Client Hours In this way, the employee needs to enter a few times per day. It would be better if the app can be designed in the following way: Date Employee Name Client 1 Hours Client 2 Hours (2) Client 3 Hours (3) etc. Can the input page hand one page entry to multiple records (same date and same employee name) Thanks, Sam
Custom HTML Forms?
Hi there, I was wondering how would I be able to create custom HTML forms rather than use the form builder? I'm a web developer and find the form builder extremely limiting. I would like to do simple stuff like this: <div> <label>Firstname</label> <input id="firstName" type="text"> <label>Lastname</label> <input id="lastName" type="text"> </div> Is there a way I can do that? I find the default forms layout (table based) very limiting as it doesn't allow for better use screen space.
Time picker?
On the forms page, there is a drag and drop element for Date-Time. However, if I only need and want the user to be able to select a time, how would I be able to do this? The Date-Time picker seems to have such a large focus on the date controls and doesn't have large enough controls for the time picker. In terms of UI, it makes it more difficult for users to simply just select the time. Thanks in advance,

Render image formula field requires upload field
I used instructions on this page to render uploaded images in views, and it works, but why do we have to display the upload field in the view for the formula field to work? Or am I missing something? To me this is just bloating/breaking views' tables with useless loooooooong file names. Is there a workaround for this besides an HTML view? TIA.
Corrupt Script Hanging - Will Not Load
In my "Admin System" application, my form "Task_Attachments" on-edit:on-success script has become corrupt and will not load. I am unable to load the script builder OR the free-flow script in order to correct the issue. 1) can you please go into my application and delete the "on-edit:on-success" action script for the "Task_Attachments" form. "for each" loop exits when sendmail fails
