How to pass websiteinfo to a form?
Hi, I have a form with all fields identical. I have a hidden field at the top which indicates from which webpage the form is filled. So lets say the same form can be filled by companies, organizations, persons from 3 different relevant html page. Is there a way to address tis info to the hidden field on load or somehow. How to disallow duplicate entries?
Newbie question. I am experimenting with the free trial and really think this will work for us. We need to maintain a database of customer orders. Each employee will enter records when jobs come in. I've built a prototype that I'm liking. One issue occasionally comes up. We need to prevent employees from entering duplicate records. The first field entered is the order number. Is there a way to pop up a message saying this record already exists and prevent duplicates from being entered? Thanks.
Values from new "Add a <field>" enabled lookups don't backup/recover properly
I have a lookup field using the "add a record" option. I had to recover values backed up, I got error messages and an empty data column for this field when recovered.

Can I customize the form fields in Zoho?
Hi, Is it possible to create my own HTML page with a form in it and some how make the information to get stored in the Zoho's database? Or is there a way to customize zoho forms? Basically, I want to make the zoho forms more matching to our Web site i.e., is there way in which I can add fields horizontally instead of in the vertical fashion? Delete records using stock prices
Hello, Is there a way for me using scheduler to delete certain fields by checking the current price or closing price of a stock against a price set in my database and if the values are > or < execute the deletion? I have a form that I would like to have one date/time field and two drop down menus one for hours and one for minute. Sharing uploaded files - Integration with Zoho Viewer
Zoho Creator currently does not support sharing of uploaded files. This could be simply avoided by integrating Zoho Creator and Viewer. Is this on the cards? How do I share a file I uploaded on Zoho Creator without the recipient having to log on to Zoho? Why won't my Creator app be converted to "public" access?
I developed a new Creator app and have requested that it be changed from a "private" app to a "public" app over a week ago. I sent messages to support and they responded by saying the following: a) We need to know your position in the organization? What organization?? "Duplicate entry '' for key 2" but form is allowed duplicate entries.
While entering data into my product form which is linked with look up fields to other forms, i am getting an error "Duplicate entry '' for key 2" I have checked if the fields are set to reject duplicate entries which they are not and I am still getting this error. Originally they were set this way as this is what i want. However i changed it thinking it would fix the problem, it has not. Also in looking at the fields, there are no duplicate entries. Allow users to add new entries: form doesn't reflect all "on load" actions
The new functionality is good, but the form that is brought up after clicking "Add a <form entry>" option doesn't reflect the actions for "on load." HELP! Error Message keeping me from editing fields

Error in quantities while adding items to form
More than an error it is a "weird" behaviour, since quantities are added correctly to the specified field but randomly another field value is changed.
