URGENT: Disappearing records
I have a client who is reporting that just recently added records are being removed from the system. I reported this last night and have not had a response. https://help.zoho.com/portal/en/community/topic/data-missing-in-account This has become urgent. is there a way you can trace who or what is deleting records? I have removed delete access from all users and still records are being lost. Please either reply with a number I can call on or with some information Thanks in advance

Criteria-based URL Redirection On-Load Briefly Shows Form

Problem: If a form's on-load script has an IF statement that checks for some criteria (i.e. date-time, ZOHO signed-in user ID, IP address, etc) and performs a URL redirection based on this criteria to some other page/form/view, the original form flashes for a second before the redirection. Hello, I have a form A in which the name, registration number and other details of a student are stored. I have another form B in which the name and registration number are imported from form A and marks of the student are stored. I have a grid view based on form B in which I take the imported name and registration number from form A, and the marks from form B. Form View questions?
In the Form View, the default "Record Count" is 10 per page. Is there way to change that to the max of 200? Also, can I have default Form View to display "Company" in alphabetical order?

User access to html view popups?
My app offers user to view records in a nicer way (custom html views) than the regular Creator table by providing links such as follows: https://creator.zoho.com/filip.aulin/myApp/#View:myHtmlView?zc_LoadIn=dialog&recID=1234 When I am logged in as an admin it works fine. When logged in as a user the popup seems to get redirected and shows the 'Home' screen. Is there a permission setting I missed? Thanks, Filip
form disappeared AGAIN!!!!!
OK. Whenever I make a minor change to a field the form disappears and is inaccessible. Is this going to happen every time I edit something? We need this form up ASAP. Library Materials request form. Adding columns to a report...
I am trying to make a change to the Expense Tracker app in marketplace. I have added it to my account and allowed access to support. There is a section called Expense Pie Chart that i want to make a change to. The application shows a table and a pie chart showing all expenses for a selected time period. I want to add more columns to the table. I was able to add the header rows to the table but cannot get any data to work. I get an error when i save the script. <tr class="zc-row-header">
set criteria does not persisit
Dear Support When I set a criteria I often notice that it does not persist the first time it is loaded. This means that I have to open the box 3 times. Twice to get the criteria to load and then once to check its actually loaded hope you can fix this bug Regards Peter moanazoho
Linked fields & dropdown fields
I have a bit of criticizm for your implementation of linked fields. Linking is what sets you apart from Google Spreadsheet, IMHO. And I do have some dissapintments here. It is all fantastic and super while the linked field has a few dozen values. Then dropdown is practical, even checkboxes might be useful then. But If I have a few hundred items in the linked field the dropdown is the worst of all choices. Why not just a simple number or text field? I could even write my own verification code! Even
Split long sript into multiple lines
I have several sripts that have lines that are horizontally very long. Curent behaviour of the free flow scripting is not consistent - sometimes it is displayed as one long line (tis is good - see next why!) or automatically brohen down into sections that fit on the screen. I hate when it is broken down. As then the light gray text that is editable is overlayed with the original unbroken text. So often I have to type 5 to 10 rows below where the actaul code is and this later code is simply on top

Script slowing down browser on IE
Without any changes to my application today my users have been getting a pop-up message asking to stop running the script because it's slowing down the IE browser. Have there been some recent modifications to Zoho Creator that could have caused this?

When creating a new form pressing DONE twice fast creates two identical forms
The problem is not that two forms are created. They are identical all the way down to the name. Editing one creates identical editing in the other one. They can't even be renamed separately. When the 2nd form is deleted, the first form is not deleted and appears empty (witout the fields that were supposedly added to the 2nd form but were visible in the 1st also).

On Success script broken
I have an 'on success' script on my 'add customer' form which opens a new sale form preloaded with the customer data: openUrl("#form: enter_sale?Customer=" + input.Full_Name,"same window" ); This script has always worked in the past but recently has become broken. 3 and more level deep queries
Lets say I have 3 level relationship hirarchy (each come from a separate table/form): Company (account) Emploee (client) Order How can I get a table (view) that would dispaly Order number - Emploee ID - Company ID All three IDs in the same row. As I see now only 2 level deep relationship is shown when building a new view. Thus I can get Emploee ID and Order number togehter, but not the company ID. And views are based on froms so I can't build a view that queries Company and Emploee first and then

PDF and PRINT buttons in HTML Views fail with bad URL
Definite Bug: Selecting Print and/or PDF options in Header Options of HTML View... ...makes the PDF and PRINT buttons appear in the live view of the HTML View... ...but, when clicked, both buttons send you to a malformed URL, thus no pdf or printing functionality. Unable to access form for editing
There are only 2 forms in my app. I performed minor editing on one of them but cannot access it again for additional editing. The fields in the form shd appear in the right-hand side of the screen but instead it is BLANK. The left-hand side appears normal. However the 2 associated views appear normal and contain the chgs i made previously. Apparently the URL contains a digital code to determine which form or view is to be accessed. Problem with a number iteration
I already did did this kind of operation with your help. I create an iterate number like that : yyyymmdd00001.... I would like to do a new one for another number field. I write exactly the same script of the other one and it dosn't work. When I submit, a message appears and tell that "invalid entries was found". Search of Calendar View

Viewing records: Can I replace the standard table with an html view somehow?
Especially for views with many fields and/or fields with text in them, the standard table that pops up when viewing a record is not very readable. I would like the 'View' link (to the left of each record in a view) to open up an html view (which I designed) containing that records information. In order not to confuse my users, I do not want to include a custom action which will be triggered by a button to the right of each record. Regards, Filip.

I have a small ZoHo Creator application setup and want to allow someone to enter data into the data base. 1 - Do they have to have a ZoHo account to simply add new records and enter data? 2 - Can I allow or restrict editing of a pre-existing (already entered) record? 3 - Do I define them as a 'client' user to do this? Null date values in HTML Print View
I have an HTML view for a form that is used to print the data in the form. This form contains date fields which may or may not yet have values populated. On the view I would just like to show a blank value ("") rather than a null for the date. is this possible. Bug: View is displaying duplicate columns that don't belong there
I have a new view that is displaying duplicate columns. This view was a duplicate itself of another form. The original form is called Message Board, and the duplicate form is called Feedback. It is the Feedback view that has the problem.
