Email integration in Creator

I Used a Multi Select Field - Now how do I set Criteria values for that field correctly for the view?

I used a multi select field where the data entry person could select multiple types of cancers or illnesses that the person had. Now, they've come to me needing something else. Hi, I apologise for lack of detail I'm new to the world of Zoho and have limited computer skills! I've recently created a database on Zoho Creator using the form to create a user friendly application. The application is working well but for some reason I am no longer able to edit the original form - it doesn't appear to load it anymore. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I make it spontaneously reappear? Many thanks in advance! Ben
How I can have 3 main colums under Forms section?
If I add new form it comes automatically with 2 colums, and I can drag and drop vields there. I need 3 colums there...how I can do it. thx G.
Fetch Records: syntax for fetching all
How do I fetch all records for a Form? I've come up with this: all_records = MyForm [ Added_User != null ] ...as Added_User will always have a value. Is there a better way? Kevin
Import/Export
I export a Creator database, both as CSV and Excel format. I import them to a copy of my application in either format and the data is incorrect. Dates are missing and fields that were edited (updated) have the old data in them. Also, in the view before I export them the decimal fields all have 2 decimals, but the export file shows some with many more decimals. Where is it getting the old data from? Aren't records getting updated in real time? I keep trying to like Creator, but it continues to appear
Backup failed and reports are now not working
Hello, Backed up my application. Zoho reports that the backup failed and now my reports are also giving me errors saying, "View/Table is not present in the database."
When can I expect feedback?
I reported a problem on Friday and it was replied that I would receive feedback once the problem has been resolved. I have tried private messages, reposting and still no joy. When can I expect feedback and my application to be functional? Why can we not get progress reports? Can't install applications or add users
Every time I try to install an application from the marketplace I get an error. I have only one application installed (but had others installed yesterday that I deleted). I am able to duplicate the application and also able to create new applications. Also when I give a user access, it sends an email to the user but does not allow the user access. The user does not show up in my shared list.
Missing Kansas in state dropdown list
The state dropdown list does not include Kansas (KS). Could you include that please?
Creator drop down assistance.. I'm sure this is needed by someone else too
In Creator I need help not selecting a drop down item if I have already used it. I have a list of phone numbers and also a list of extensions(a few thousand. I want my list of extensions to be associated with each phone number. After I pick a number I want to see only the extensions that belong to it. After I pick the extension I want it to be removed from my drop down, or marked so I know I have used it and don't pick it again. What are my options?
Uninformative error messages
Sometimes when submitting a form, an error message that provides no useful information is generated... see example below. I'm not asking for help w/ this particular error -- I can muddle through solving it -- but can't Creator be made to always provide some kind of info about any given error so it's not just a vague uninformative error message? Surely at the time the error is thrown, the compiler knows what threw the error, or at least some contextual information that would be useful. Thanks.
Creator formula deleting brackets on its own
I am trying to use the following formula in a formula field. Creator seems to be deleting my brackets and causing the formula to be wrong. ((Funding_Request_Amount - (Funding_Request_Amount * 0.065)) - ((Num_of_Empoloees / 20 ) * 1000)) * 0.2 after saving with no problem and going back into the formula creator has changed the formula to (Funding_Request_Amount - Funding_Request_Amount * 0.065 - Num_of_Empoloees / 20 * 1000 * 0.2) All brackets gone and formula no worky

Usage Limit error although no records added so far
So far, I have a simple dummy form that lets a user log in. The form is not linked to a table. When a user logs in, however, and the submit button is clicked, I add a record into another table, specifying who logged in and at what time. It seems simple and reasonable so far. However, when I run it, I get this error: Error details: Error occured while executing on click script. Usage limit reached. Your limit is 0. Your current count is 0. 5 character limit on currency fields
All fields that are defined as "currency" will not upload more than 5 characters. For example anything over $1000 does not upload into the system...however $999.99 will still upload. Any suggestions? FYI - The file being uploaded is a csv file
Volunteer Registration Application
Hi I have created a account in Volunteer Registration App available on Marketplace. When I add a volunteer to the list, the app sends a email to me(admin) and the person who has been added as a volunteer. The email also includes a link to view/edit the details of the person added. Unfortunately the link does not works. I can see the scripts in Send email are incorrect, but I am not sure how to correct them. Could you please help me Thanks

No Way to Disable a Sorted Group

problem with non logged in users viewing the database
I created this pupil register to display on my website so that viewers could see the list without loggin in at http://www.wigtonian.org.uk/pupils.htm However now it is challenging them to login- I want them to be able to view the database but not edit it I havent changed anything on my site so I am wondering what has changed to require the login?

Still having problems saving data in Creator... It is working Intermittently for me today, much better than last night, but right now when I go to save any change, no matter how small, I get the eternal "Saving... Please Wait" splash again.
Want to disable a view for a form
Hi, I am developing an application where in only two forms are involved. I need only one view and want to disable the other. To say, if the first form is the place where entries are made, then the datas needed to be stored in the view. The second form will display the datas from the first form with few manipulations from the view on load. Here I am not able to proceed.
Display "Database Last Modified" date/time on a website

Email link to a form
I have created a form that records support issues from clients. What I'd like to do if possible, is when the form has been updated, an email is automatically sent to an external person that contains a link, which when clicked, would display the details of the support ticket using a Zoho summary view. I have placed an email field and directly underneath I have place another email field to confirm that they've entered it correctly. Is there a way that I can make an error message pop up if the emails do not match?
Unable to pass ID param in json view....
Hi ZC Team, I am currently unable to filter json views by ID now. This has always worked before.. http://creator.zoho.com/zoho.adminuser/zoho.appname/json/view/ID=430627000000422700 this just returns an empty array. I can filter results by every other field except for ID. This is the case for all JSON views. Why is this? Note : This has always worked before for me. Thanks.
Slowness for selected users - Update
Dear all, For the past 24 hours, select users have been facing slowness problems. We have narrowed down the issue causing this problem. It is in one of the DB Clusters. Hence, users whose data is in that specific cluster will face this problem. This issue will be fixed in few hours time from now. Till then, these select users will experience slowness in Creator. Submitting Link with Embed Code?
I'd like to create a pop-up form on my website where the user inputs their email and the recipient's email but I can submit the link via the embed code. Each new link (e.g. website audio) would have an associated form pop-up. All that would change is the link field in the embed code. Is that possible?
Bad count of the Dropdowns/RadioButtons/Checkbox in views
One of the limitations of Creator is the following: You can have only 30 Dropdowns/RadioButtons/Checkbox fields put together, in a single view. Dropdown list is not updating correctly
I have a dropdown list that updates when another dropdown list is changed using scripts. I've noticed that the update is only working selectively on some records but not all. Why? I have not thuroughly checked but it seems to happen on the records that I imported instead of manually entering into the db. View/Table is not present in the database
After attempting a backup I am getting this response to most of my reports. Please assist.

When I try to access my scripts in my Creator application I get the following error and my CSV exports to Reporter no longer come out right. [ServletException in:/jsp/edit/script/sbuilderedit.jsp] null' I also get it for a view that shows up in the edit mode, but not in the application mode. What do I do?
