I am pretty new to creating a database. I have a lot of data that gets entered for an individual. I have the form made and I loke the standard list view. I wanted to be able to create merged documents so I took one of the Documents and added it into the Html code in custom views. I even got it so it would add the merge data to the doc but it list all of them in one big sheet. I would like to search for each one by name or by a date. I tried the how to in zoho help but It did not help all that much.
Still no Looping controls such as LOOP WHILE or UNTIL?
Two years ago in this forum Zoho reps said that more flow control methods (in addition to for-each) was coming soon. What happened? Any coder knows that you must have basic iterative looping controls common to all programming languages, e.g. LOOP WHILE or UNTIL, etc. What is the status of this? Opening forms to anonymous users
Two questions: I am experimenting with forms to see if I can open them to potential users, but anonymously. According to the documentation, this is only available by special request to Free Edition users. However, when I try to fill in the request form the captcha image is broken. Is it possible to send forms by e-mail and have them filled in by the e-mail user and send data back to the database? Is there any documentation on this? Thankyou
DATE FIELD IMPORT ERROR
Hi! I don't know why, but every time I try to import date fields into a form, all the columns of the .csv are imported correctly except the date one. I've tried with many formats dd/mm/yy , dd-mm-yy, dd/mm/yyyy, dd-mm-yyyy, etc... Of course, I've tried with the app date format ( dd/mm/yyyy ). Having printing problems
I want to create a report that will allow me to print out a summary page on standard 8 1/2 X 11 paper without wrapping. When I start the Report Generator it seems it will only allow me to do Pivot Tables or Pivot Charts? My Summary View has a huge white space in the middle of the screen. I have tried setting Column Widths in List view (it won't let me do it in Summary View) but no matter how I set it, I end up with 30 or 40 blank spaces in the middle of the page. Poor Support
I'm extremely surprised and disappointed in Zoho's support for a critical incident reported last Friday morning - a form's data not able to be fetched. I understand that no support is provided on weekends, but here it is late Monday night and the only contact I received was this morning asking me to share the app with support (which I did right away). I have no desire to be put at the head of the line, but being unable to access my data for so long is unacceptable.

when I check my forms online, why does it show login info, and not the form?

How to luanch a form from a comined view??
I am using Creator to handle a property bidding/auction project. I've created 3 forms... 1. People, 2. Addresses, and 3. Bids. For the BIDS form, I created relationships with PEOPLE and ADDRESSES to access pick lists on the BIDS form and that works great. I then created a list using the BIDS form, and used the combined view feature to add other fields to the list from the PEOPLE and ADDRESSES form. This all works great. But when I click "EDIT' in the BIDS View List, I can only edit the BID form.
