Zoho Creator is Amazing
I tried zoho creator about 2 years ago. It was very slow from my country back then, and also I had to bash my brains out to get master detail relationships to work. Modify a dropbox - affect records in the view
Hi, I need modify a dropobox field that have 7000 choice option, because IE have no condition to run the form. I have 2700 records in the view that it´s related with this form. If I change the dropbox with a ISingle Line Field. My fear it´s about this modification, if affect the record in the view. If I cancel the choices in the dropobox field, are they saved in the view for the data inserted until this moment? Does execute event after specific date handles years? I am trying to set up birthday reminders based on born date, so i want to trigger an alert based on 5, 6,7 or 8 years after born date.... I am trying to make some graphs in Creator reports and have hit a road block. I have a bunch of events scheduled at differnet times of the day, every day. I have made a graph which shows the count # of the different positions of people involved with each event and also the number of delays starting on time. On the X axis, I have the time from 0-24. Form Scheduler
I am setting up a from scheduler and was wondering if there was anyway that when the email goes out it can send the corresponding row to the date. For example I have a row that looks like sales associate job number mail date quantity I have setup the scheduler to email out when that mail date comes, but I want the fields put into the email so they know what job it is. Also is there anyway to make the person it emails out to be the person who is in the sales associate column?

Why is my user seeing a zoho creator "My Applications" page instead of seeing only the application I shared with him?????
This is the problem I am having with zoho, you guys keep plastering your logo and name everywhere! Why am I paying for the ability to rebrand when really I can do is change a stupid logo. That is NOT rebranding folks. I DO NOT want my users to see any zoho names or logos and I DEFINITELY dont want my users having a zoho creator account page instead of getting logged into and seeing ONLY the application I shared with them! Please advise
Reports aren't updating
I created a few simple graphs and tables using the report creation functionality in Zoho Creator, and while they look fine in the editor and (sometimes) for users' initial record values, they don't update as records are edited. This makes the report useless. What can be done? Is there a setting somewhere that is needed?

How do I edit my user's access priviledges?
When I go to the "Share" tab in creator I see my users but I cannot see where I can toggle access priviledges. What am I doing wrong? It is currently set to share all forms and reports. I need to change this.
Download data from View?
First of all, thanks for your great help. Now my drawing database works as expected. But I've still 2 questions: - Can i create a form to download data from 'View". For example, I select Client name/ Project name/ Part name and then the form will provide me my drawing name that i can downlaod. - Is it possible to import my database system in my company webside. Unable to reduce/enlarge Zoho Creator Charts in HTML View iFrame (Dashboard)
I am trying to place eight individual ZC charts onto one consolidated dashboard view but the charts are not resizing properly. I am shrinking the iFrame pixel height and width appropriately on the Dashboard View, but the charts do not shrink; rather, they add a scroll bar and only display a small corner of each chart. Is there a way to zoom in/out on the ZC charts in an HTML view iFrame? I am able to do this through Zoho Reports, but the process is kludgy and difficult to implement and repeat properly.

Problem in generating of report
Dear Sir, We are having one account at your website. We have nearly 15 fields in our database out of which one is a radio button in which the choice is Yes or no. Date formatting issues
I've seen lots of questions going back to 2007 about formatting the date but most have no responses. Does that mean that nobody at zoho cares to address these questions? I have set in my application settings for the date to be mm.dd.yyyy. When I am inside my application and enter something like mm/dd/yyyy the data gets converted to dd.mm.yyyy. Why? What is it about using "/" instead of "." that the application decides to change my date? Before you come back and say that I should be using

Can I create a view that displays things based on the whether or not the date == today. I have a column with dates in it called date1. I want a dynamic view that will display rows that the date is == today. Is this possible?
unable to add field to form..
Hi, I am making an application in Zoho creator. In one of my forms there already are 40 fields in which there are 10 dropdown fields. Now when I am trying to add more fields to this form - the field gets added in design view - but when I access the application - the field simply doesnt show. Please help - we are stuck.
Custom filter
Hy! I've got a problem with setting the conditions in custom filter for dropdown or checkbox (both have 9 choices to choose from)... If I have up to 7 conditions in custom filter, it's OK, but setting more than 7 conditions (8 or more), it throws me an error! Any suggestion, please? Thanks!

I am at a loss and not able to create a 2nd form without creating a separate table that stores it in a separate Creator Form. I know how to associate many Views to a Form but each Form I create in "Edit Application" creates different table. I've read all the comments but need someone to walk me through the process.
