Find where a 'lookup value' was used
Hello, I am creating a meeting attendance application with a members 'table' and a meetings 'table'. I have my meetings forum using a lookup field for the members 'name' field. It's working great and it makes it very easy to record attendance. However, I am trying to view an individual member's attendance. I know that in the meetings view I can filter by particular members in the 'Attended' lookup field, but I want to be able to print off a sheet that lists all the members and their recent attendance.
Unable to display thumbnail to others in secure mode

Can't save search for view.
In my application "School Group Registration 2009-2010", I cannot save a search for the view "Available Dates View 2010-2011". The search works, but when I save changes I get an error. I tried to insert the criteria from the edit view also, but it would not save. I tried saving another criteria for text and it saved. This is a simple change and I need it immediately for this application that is going live. The application and is shared with edit access to support.
Issues with Hiding a lookup field
When I hide a lookup field in the form of a radio button and than access the form, all of the fields are hidden and the form is unusable. When I go back to the script and unhide it all of the fields are made available again. Can you fix this issue Thanks!
Limiting Accessiblity
For a Consumer Satisfaction Survey, we want our clients to be able to complete the form without being able to see all of the results from everyone. Is there a way to take the view option off of the screen where they would complete the form? Is there a way to just have the results emailed to us? Thanks.

Need help in designing an application
I would like to create an application to track the progess of my employees. Things like licensing progress, training progress, sales records, etc. Should all of these inputs be on one form or multiple forms? Application Sharing not working
Dear Admin, I have created an application and shared it with other zoho user. It become available to the other user. After some time I deleted that application and shared some new app with the user. but user is unable to get the NEW app. There is a link for the deleted app under shared apps. When user clicks on that link, then user receive the message " NO such application on ZOHO" Kindly resolve the issue

Report type in Zoho creator
Hi, I have created a report on Zoho creator that has several data points and therefore the tool does not allow me to use Stacked Bar type. It forces me to use Line or Scatter charts which in this case are not very useful for this data I am showing. Since I am using Color filtering, users will only see very little ammounts of data for specific countries and therefore I want to force the report to use Stacked Bar so the information is viewed correctly. Need help with Stateless Form
I am trying to use a Stateless Form to display a count of data based on two inputs. The first Field in the Stateless Form is a date range The second Field is an Employee Number The employee number is in a form called "Employee" which is linked to a second form called Set_Lead. Custom Action button - move from right to left hand side of view
I want to move the custom action button I created so it displays on the left-hand side of each record in my view, instead of on the right-hand side as it does by default. How do I go about this? I tried moving the "custom actions" code related to the button in the script to a position higher up, but I keep getting error messages. Can the button be moved, or is it stuck on the right-hand side?
view permissions not working
I have created a view and when I choose accrss the application and or create a permalink the edit, add, delete options are available and work. How can I keep people from editing or deleting the data. The permissions for edit, add, delete are not checked in the view form properties. Rick

I am hoping someone can tell me whether what I want to do (described below) is possible. If it is then I'll figure out on my own how to do it. I just don't want to spend a lot of time trying to do the impossible. :) I have a database that I'd like non-members to be able to search, add entries, and update entries. Let's call this a product database that has fields for product name and product category. Two products with the same name can be put into two categories, but not the same category.
Stateless form and formulas
I am using two forms to add data to a table. The main form has a formula field that separates the Time from the Time/Date field. The second form is a stateless form that adds records to the same table above. The formula field calculates but is 2 hrs off when data is entered using the Stateless form. Is there a way to add the formula field in the Stateless form and have it added with the record? I'm using that formula field to populate a Calendar View That just needs to show the time on each record.
Removing the edit option
I cant seem to get rid of the 'edit' option when embedding my database in my site. I have made the application both public and private and 'edit' is still showing. Naturally, I dont want site visitors to be able to randomly edit my database. There is not a check alongside the allow users to edit option in set permissions. I dont know what else to try?
