view criteria setting
Hello Support, Could you please check the criteria settings for the 'email view' of the LROC Membership Database (allowed access to support). I will be embeding my form onto my web site. I would like to have my visitors that complete a form to have the ability to return to update on a monthly if not weekly basis. Can this person edit their own document, or do they have to become a user? Thanks in advance.

Null Value in Multi Line Fields
Am I wrong in assuming that if the multiline field is not updated/altered when a record is submitted, that the field's value is Null? The reason I ask is that I have some deluge code that executes if a multiline field is not Null. Something to the effect of: if memNote != Null Yet the script looks like it is executing if there is no value in the multiline field. Ive got a very strange problem, I have a form column for phone numbers, but in the database view, it shows up as decimal places? i.e. 123-456-7894.00 How can I change this? I changed the value on the form to "Number" yet the view still shows as decimals

I cannot import data any longer. Copy/paste from Excel into the import window doesn't work, but it used to. The "importing data" window flashes momentarily, then nothing happens..
Work-around for lack of ability to add a new item to a picklist field while in the form
I've read a many threads and sent a help request to zoho support about the ability to add a new entry within a Creator form for a picklist field. The only response I've got or seen is that it is not an available feature. It seems that there could be a way to at least add a field under the picklist that allows the user to enter an "other" or "new" entry. Deluge comments disappearing
It appears that comments I have in my code are being removed. At first I thought I was going crazy, but after typing my comments numerous times, I feel confident in saying that my comments are being removed. It's not all of the comments all of the time. There's no pattern.
Creator Expenses Report question
The sub-categories are not populating with the Category selection. Meaning once I click the category, the sub category has the full list to choose from which is very annoying instead of just the subcategories that are associated with the particular category I selected.
Locking down certain drop-down choices
I'm wondering if it's possible to restrict the ability to select particular items within a drop-down field. Specifically, I have a field that has a long list of months/years to select from. I need to keep those old 2008 and 2009 dates, but I'd like to make it so nobody can ever select a past month once that month has passed.

Have tried a number of different way, but it seems the only way is to put the code against the 'On Update' action for all of the 4 dependant fields? Thanks in advance
missing space after comma in date formats
Hi Zoho friends, This is a minor problem, but it looks sloppy: In the date format choices there are no options for a trailing space after the comma. I can't speak for anywhere else, but in America, one would type August 15, 1947. It would be incorrect to type August 15,1947. I have had 5 of my vendors report this "typo" to me, but there appears to be no way to fix it. Any ideas? Best wishes, Dax

Zoho Creator is GREAT - minor VIEW problem needs fixing
Thank you for moving the [Search] [Cancel] to the far left! Next, it is very difficult to determine which column on the VIEW has been Sorted/Grouped. It get's almost impossible to unsort or ungroup once you have sorted or group on a field. Why not make a visual / color indication whenever a field has been sorted, change the color or make a mark in the field title. Also, there doesn't seem to be a way to Ungroup!! THank you. I have a form called "Add Showing" (form A) When the form is submitted, an "on success" script autosends an email to a recipient specified in the form. Update creator.zoho.com's <title> in Edit mode so that it is easy to see in a web-browser's multi-tab view that there is script that is unsaved. Perhaps also indicate which script block is opened in the <title> as well. Basically, what ever is the text where it says "[formname] > [fieldname] > [action]" (and where it indicates a * for unsaved script) at the top-center of the page, that should be the page's <title> so that this information is easily and quickly available in a multi-tab/multi-window
Removing multiple occurances in picklist

The idea is that the user will choose a country and then only cities in that country will be displayed for selection in the next picklist. how to make values appear dynamically when adding an entry in a form?
I have a form where I have to add city names. I first have to select the country from a drop down list which gets values from another form. I just created an application to prescreen job applicants. I want to send them to the form without having to sign up for anything, but keep the view hidden from them. So basically the form should be public for anyone who finds that URL to be able to submit, but the view would be limited to users. How do I do that?
