QuickBooks – Application Certificate popup window
I am following the instructions to Add Zoho CRM Application to QuickBooks Web Connector (QBWC) http://www.zoho.com/crm/help/quickbooks/install-quickbooks-web-connector.html#Add_Zoho_CRM_Application_to_QuickBooks_Web_Connector_(QBWC); however, I never get the Application Certificate popup window and cannot allow the application to read and modify this company file. I have deleted the file; deleted the QuickBooks program and reinstalled and everything else I can think of, but never get this screen
Zoho Invoice vs Zoho CRM invoicing
I have been looking at different solutions that can link our invoices to a crm so i don't need to renter infomration. Becuse I have been using zoho invoices for over 3 years, I wanted to give their CRM integration a shot first. So far it doesn't seem to integrate at all. And in pecking around I found invoicing on the Zoho CRM that would do what I want, then why do I need Zoho Invoices?

tyring to understand relationship between Creator and CRM
I am in the evaluation stage and just playing around with the different apps. CRM, Creator, Books and Invoicing. They all seem to be great and I very excited about the scalability and variety. Hi, Brand new single Zoho user here. I searched, but surprisingly could find no related queries regarding this. I would like to be able to click a phone number for a contact and simply have my computer dial the number. (not using Skype - just the single phone line into my computer. - WindowsXP) I don't need to log calls. Zoho Phone Bridge seems to be for sophisticated PBX systems. If its not possible, can I change the menu on the application, so for the user think that some page is a zoho functionality? Hi We have a customized Zoho CRM app where-in the leads module has been modified to reflect clients information. Each client has their own set of documents which will be uploaded in to Zoho. Why do you still state you support Quickbooks?
Why do you state you still support Quickbooks? Your QWBC file is obsolete, and to create the API you need a programming background. Even when you use a third party such as One SAAS, the API interface only allow you to pull records you own! Highly impractical! Lets just face it, you created Zoho Books to handle the accounting portion of Zoho. A decent software in itself unless you plan on using it to file your taxes. If you are honest up front, customers would not be so frustrated. Please stop

Event notifications
I just created my calendar and I share it with my wife so we will both be aware of upcoming events. She has access to my calendar and can "Edit event details". My concern is in event notifications, I get notified by email but she does not. Is this normal or did I overlook something?
Create Mail Merge from Non CRM Modules
I have created a Relational Database App in ZOHO Creator and I have now managed to integrate the App Pages into ZOHO CRM. I would now like to be able to perform Merge functions using the data from the various integrated App Pages but it seems that I can only merge data from the original CRM Modules, ie, Leads, Contacts etc. How can I achieve my objective?
iPad 3 app sync issue - duplication of accounts
Team, I use a iPad 3 with the CRM app. Since day 1 using this app, the accounts list duplicates every account each time I log in. It only does this on the accounts module and none of the other modules are effected. I have reloaded the app many times and the same pattern occurs. The first time the data is downloaded the account list module is correct. The next day I launch the app and all the account records are duplicated. I have gone up to 6 duplicate accounts. Hi, I joined Zoho just one day ago. I can not find out how Campaigns, Mail and CRM are integrated? For instance, I would like to be able to see all the communications with my leads and clients (through ZOHO mail, CRM, Campaigns). Google address and Zoho Address Field Mapping not working
I am trying to sync the Google contacts addresses and Zoho contacts Addresses but am have some difficulty. It seems that the Zoho address fields are all separated into individual fields- Street, City, Zip and Country where Google is one field "Address which includes all the information. Is there a way to either have the Zoho fields combine multiple fields into one for field for mapping or having Google fields split up to match the same format as Zoho. Thanks in Advance, Mark

Quickbooks data synch problems
I've set up quickbooks web connector according to the instructions on Zoho and attempted to synch contacts. I've also run an import from quickbooks to zoho but none of the data is showing up. According to the web connector, the synch is complete and zoho also shows that the synch was succesful. Here is my log in the data transfer history. We are looking to create a custom app for our CRM. We currently have professional edition and I went to set-up -> apps and add-ons -> zoho apps -> build custom apps. I am a bit unclear on what my next step should be? Are web tabs the same as Zoho creator? If we want web tabs we need to upgrade to Enterprise edition, i get that. But will we then need to add Zoho creator service? Looking for answers, any help is appreciated.

Sync feature with ZOHO CRM
We've noticed that the sync feature in ZOHO campaigns has created duplication of records in ZOHO CRM and caused the lead owner in ZOHO CRM to be switched to the person creating the campaign in ZOHO campaigns. Has anyone else reported something similar, and is there a fix? Otherwise we just have to "sync" manually. Its really caused a screw up in our ZOHO CRM.
