How to connect existing contacts with existing accounts

I used "Deduplicate" under company tools and it did not do much at all. There should be a better search engine to deduplicate data in the CRM system. We are looking at moving from sugar to Zoho, previously sugar was exported to MYOB via an application. Is there such a program available for Zoho? We would prefer to invoice out of Zoho and then have them exported to myob.
