Is it possible to have the timeline data pulled from all linked modules? This would give you one place to look over the entire history of a client's case in one location. Is this already possible somehow?

When a contact changes their email address I am loosing all the historical emails since it follows the new email address. Is there a way to lock in old emails to the contact so they do not disappear. When I try to limit the permission set on Subform list pricing on Quote and a user tries to create a Quote it prevents the pricing from populating. Is this a thing?
