How to modify CRM right panel in activties
In the activties detailed view there is a right panel with contact informaiton, i would like to edit this to display more contact information but i cannot find it in the regular module modification sections.

Canvas Issue Aligning Buttons

Hi, I want to generate a report but just couldn't get it. The report that I want is based on the total number of deals generated based on salerpersons and a specific time frame; across all stages including Win and Lose. E.g. default status of a cloned task
Many times I will be completing a task and will use the "clone" feature to carry over the notes/details of that task to a new one. This happens as I comple a follow up call that I had scheduled via the tasks function and then schedule another call after that. Since the task will usually be the same subject and need the same notes, I press the clone button when viewing the recently "completed task" to create the new task. The problem is that the status of "completed" carries over to the new task
Last Activity Field
Is there any way of removing field modified as a criteria that updates last activity. The whole point of a last activity field is to track that sales people are contacting leads/contacts. Anytime I do a mass update of leads for any reason its updates the last activity to that date. I have created a last activity date field that updates using a workflow for tasks/calls/event but its not possible to update the field using a workflow anytime an email is put in using bcc.
