I am new to Zoho and am having a problem- I'm hoping the problem is that I just don't know the steps to accomplish what I'm trying to do :) I have imported a list of leads and would like to schedule a task of calling for each of the leads that i can then go into on the activities screen. Currently when i schedule the task it shows up on the activity screen but i can not access it since there is no contact created. I do not want to turn leads into contacts until they are qualified. CRM outlook plugin (32b or 64b) not working in Outlook 2010 and Win7
After installing the 64b plugin (while Outlook was closed) and checking the box for COM Add-Ins in Outlook 2010, I see "Load Behavior: Not loaded. A runtime error occurred during the loading of the COM Add-in" I then uninstalled the 64b plugin and installed the 32b plugin. Upon checking the box as above, I get the same error. How can I get this to work?

Work out working hours spend on a call
Can you create a formula that works out the working hours a (8:30am till 5:00pm) module is active not taking in to consideration weekends and none working ours. So as soon as a service call is produced, it starts adding up the time but only in that time frame so i can get an accurate "Service call open on active working hours "?
Deleting Imported Accounts
I'm migrating from Salesforce to Zoho. I have migrated my leads with no problem. I migrated my accounts (18,000) and discovered that I omitted a couple of fields. I went to the Import History and selected "Undo this Import" for all of the imported accounts. However the accounts still appear in the database. How do I get rid of them. Can the Zoho DBA reset my account and let me start over?
How to manage partial payments with Zoho CRM and Zoho Books
Hi there....question: I have a product that I sell (a service actually) and I often ask for 50% of the charge up front. I have Zoho CRM and Zoho Books...how can I send the customer an invoice for that 50% payment that they made when the only way to generate an invoice in Zoho Books is to change the entire Potential to "Closed Won"....the Potential is not yet closed since I am performing the work, so I would not like it to be closed, but I would like to send them an invoice for their partial payment.
Unable to access Zoho products (paid accounts) for 3 days now
I have been unable to access my Zoho products for 3 days day. I can access our Zoho Mail control panel and can log in at accounts.zoho.com with my account credentials for darren@extremelightscapes.com However, As of Very early Friday morning I have been unable to access my Zoho CRM, Zoho Support or Zoho Projects account. Hello The drop down calendar when creating a lead does not have today's date! Also very difficult to read. When I try to view Calendar on my mobile only two of June's entires are partially visible. This is definitely NOT an upgrade!
ZOHO CRM mobile app password
Hi I use ZOHO apps via a federated password (Google Apps for Business). My ZOHO account therefore says that I do not have a ZOHO password. The mobile app (just released) does not appear to make provision for logging in via GApps. What do I do? Thanks Brendon

Sales Order Template issues
How can I add another column in the product cost module on the Sales Order template? (I have "Quantity" and "Cost" but need a 3rd column for vendor cost (not to calculate in the "total price" field) Also, when I added extra stationary fields above the subtotal area, they are not calculating (ie: I need to add postage and service charges) The figures are mapping over fine, just not calculating in the subtotal and Grand Total.

Auto populate fields from one module to a parent module
I have a potentials form with the name changed to INITIAL EVAL. on this form I have one txt box labeled Plan. In a different module Events renamed to Daily Notes. I have a similar txt box labeled Plan and a multiselect field labeled Restrictions. I would like to have the field "Plan" in the INITIAL EVAL module updated with the data from the fields "Plan" and Restrictions" from the Daily Notes module. These are linked together by the PotentialsID i think. I believe I need to set the restrictions

Free Addition - Import records

FAO DEVELOPERS - Office Opening Hours
I don't know about other users on here but Zoho support team always seem to call well after when our office is shut 5 pm GMT. Our opening hours have been made known at least 7 times including to the sales rep. I would like to formerly request that you create a field in the software that your staff use (as I do not think they use Zoho CRM), to enter our working hours and ask EVERY USER what hours their workplace are open and what hours specifically that they are typically available each day. PDF Hyperlink on Quotation Template
Hello, we have been trying for awhile now to find a solution to what we need, each of our products has a hyperlink to their respective datasheets (located on our website) however when we create a quotation we want our customers to simply be able to click on the hyperlink to view the datasheet. However we have got as far as adding a hyperlink to the quotation but our current challenge now is to be able to hide the full link under a single word saying "PDF" instead of the entire link being visible

Junk categories for records associated with a contact, all called "{0} Name"
When I open a contact to view the information, if I scroll all the way to the bottom, I see 6 junk categories called "{0} Name". This is where you also see the associated records for Open Activities, Closed Activities, etc. The link to add a new record takes me to the Create Lead form for 5 of the categories and 1 of them links to the Create Contact form. These don't show up under Leads, Accounts or Opportunities. I've attached a screenshot of the issue. I have two ideas on the cause, though these
Cannot view Zoho Calender Events for all owners
We use the calender to assign events to each other within the company relating to cases. I have just tried to create an event and assign and the system seems to have changed. The calender no longer lets me view my colleagues calenders so i cannot see their schedule. Creating the event is also different and although it will allow me to change the owner to my colleague, it means i can no longer see the event to edit etc. Can someone please advise on how we can all view each others schedule of events
