BCC Drop Box
Good afternoon, We have recently started to use the BCC Drop Box which has been useful. I do however have some questions. 1) If I have BCC'd Drop box it attaches no problem to the appropriate contact. If someone sends a response to that email the only way I can see of attaching this email is to save as a web page and attached it via the Attachment section which is not useful at all. Am I missing something? 2) If the above is not possible is this on a future roadmap? Regards Shauna McGill

Customizing Tasks and Events Report
Is there a way to add the Company to the Tasks and Events report? Contact Name is a option, but I don't see Company. The Contact Name is useful, but as the administrator, I usually don't know what organization the person is with. jd

I have the following requirement, please can you confirm if this can be done. I have setup a field in my contacts called 'Occupation Date' which is a date somewhere in the future of the contact been setup. Say for example, the Occupation Date is set for 1 November 2013, how can i automate the system so that it sends off an email template automatically when this date is reached? Thanks Richard
It says I have used all my storage, but cant find anything else to delete - how to I find if there was attachments connected to Accounts or Contacts as have 1000's?
It says I have used all my storage. I have emailed for assistance with NO response in over a week. Stopping me using the upload to email templates which are URGENT as wont let me upload more. Deleted all emails in zoho mail add on we purchased. There is only 5mb in email templates and cat search contacts or accounts to see if anything is attached. Pretty shitty system when it comes to storage - almost as though you want to make it impossible to find attachments and have to upgrade storage.
Can't Import Google Apps Contacts
Hi Although my Google apps accounts recognizes Zoho CRM (it appears in the menu under MORE) when I go to Apps & Add-ons> Other Apps there are no Google apps available in the list. Based on what I read in your user manual, this is how I import Google Contacts into ZOHO CRM. The integration ability with Google was a big selling point for my decision to go with Zoho. What do I need to do so I can get the Google Contacts import feature working. BTW I have a 15-day trial to the professional version.
Lost Potentials Report - 'No data available' - Why?
Within “Potentials” I have created multiple stages and their associated probabilities, sort order, forecast type and forecast category. I have created a lot of potentials (50+), many of which have become 'Closed Lost' in forecast type. So why does my “Lost Potentials” report have “No data available”?

Hello, when I try to either import a .csv file or just simply create the first potential I get an error saying "Sorry, you have reached the maximum limit in your current edition". I'm under the impression that I should be able to add them to my account.

Add user or transfer existing to new ??
We are users of Zoho CRM and Zoho Campaigns. I currently support my boss in CRM (we both are users) and she has an account in Campaigns (I do not). We are getting a new person to fill the sales role my boss currently fills and my boss will no longer be involved in this particular business. Should we transfer my boss's existing CRM and Campaigns account or create new users for both and remove my boss from both? I am asking because my boss has done various tasks and put in various notes on contacts.

Hai, I have tried to display an image from the Zoho CRM Custom Field html code using image source tag by path like <img src="https://crm.zoho.com/crm/viewCompanyLogo?fileId=895380000000140061&zgId=4892604" style="width: 850; height: 130px;"> Print preview options shows that image well. When a contact from the field Contacts – moving to the Pitched – some of the fields, like for example Pitched Source – is not transferring ? I see this field in Contacts but not in Pitched. Where this information goes and how I can make sure I will keep it?
Not all leads being imported from CSV?
We have been trying to import leads from a CSV file and less than 1% load. Can someone help me understand what is missing? All fields are mapped.
How do my notes transfer from a lead to an account when I convert the lead?
I have converted a few leads and my my notes have not transferred to the account. The notes transfer from the lead to the contact, but as I am using the account as my primary source of information, I do not want to keep popping in the contact for notes. OK, so I picked a few fields and generated the web to lead code. I have sent it to my webmaster and it looks great. but when I do a test, I don't see anything in my leads list? What am I doing wrong? Do i have to do something else other then generate the web to lead code? Thanks M

field dependency issue
Hi, We have two custom fields on our Orders page. If the user selects a value in field A (a custom pick list), field B (a custom pick list) should remain unaffected. Unless the user selects cheddar in field A. If this particular value is selected, then the default value in field B should change to super size it. Here's the hard part. mobile app problems
I have tried to configure (and pay a subscription for one of my users) zoho app on a Sony tablet and mobile phone. At first it would not configure. Then it did. but now I have been sent a message: Your 15 days trial account for Zoho CRM's Plug-in for Microsoft Outlook has expired. When Insert Multiple Records, The IDs in the Response are Disordered
Hi, After inserting multiple records into CRM by calling CRM insertRecords API, I want to get the ID for each inserted records. Hi I'm having some problems with emails I'm sending to contacts and leads using e-mail templates. Many of them are blank when the user receive it. Sometimes they receive it fine sometimes they receive only a blank email. I'm sending the same e-mail to different users and one receive it OK and the other doesn't. Bug importing photo from Twitter
Hi, whenever I import a photo for a CRM contact from their Twitter account, using the feature in which one just has to click on the photo in the Twitter pop-up box, my page goes white and freezes. I have to reload or open a new tab. I'm using a Macbook pro with latest OSX and Chrome as a browser.
Scroll boxes not working?
Hi, when I have a field in which I can select any number of multiple options, the CRM shows the option in a box. I used to be able to use my mouse to scroll through the list and select the options I want. In the last month or so, however, this has stopped working and I can only scroll with the arrows on my keyboard. That makes it impossible to select two items on the list when they are not both visible at the same time. Help!? Pls see this screen recording to get an idea of what I'm talking about:

Automated Import Field Assignment
Zoho has its own CRM fields for import and unless I misunderstand something I have to MANUALLY map each of these to my own import fields in row 1 of the import file. For a one off this is just a bit clunky and irritating, but for repeated imports it is a real pain. It is presumably possible somehow to get Zoho to import without ANY manual picking and mapping between "Zoho CRM fields" and "Import Fields"? Sort tasks by ascending/descending in mobile app
How do I do this? As things stand, my list is sorted in descending order, meaning I see tasks set for 6, 12, 18 months ahead first, and today's tasks are at the bottom of the list! I need this to display in the reverse order!
Problem with Zoho CRM syncing sent/received emails to Leads
We currently use Zoho CRM + Zoho Mail Addon + Google Apps. The issue we are having is when sending an email to a lead outside of Zoho, it seems hit and miss to see that email appear in the Lead section in Zoho CRM.
