Emails Going to Spam Folders
Hi, has anyone created an email template and tested it on a few prospects/clients only to find that all emails go into junk folders? I sent several attempts even to myself and they all land in my junk folder. Not great if you are trying to mail prospects. Also there is a pretty long delay before they go out. Could it be that they come from out of country? Any suggestions for this? Thanks

Find duplicates
With > 15.000 records in CRM I try to find all duplicaties. With "delete duplicates" you can find all records with the same telephone number, company and e-mail. But, why isn't it possible to find duplicaties on "name"? Its the most important field, i think!!

I am able to start a Skype call from within Zoho CRM, and make my call. However, even though I started the call from the contact page, the call is not logged. Is this a feature that is available, or am I doing something wrong?
Import Leads doesnt work
Im trying to import from an .xls sheet.... every field is filled in yet the import misses some records telling my key fields are empty. No fields are empty. Ive tried everything. If I cant import lead how can I use the system? Anyone else have any ideas? THX

Hi, I am trying to customize my implementation and have been struggling with changing the names of the tabs. I have tried several different terms for "Leads" "Prospects", but I can't seem to change the name back to something I have tried before. (If I try this I get an error message that the proposed new tab name is a "duplicate" tab name, even if it is something I had tried before but am not using now. Is there any way to fix this or work around it?

We use Zoho as our tracking on our contacts and wanted to start a rewards type program to offer contacts incentives when using our services more than x number of times. Does Zoho have any tracking that can accommodate this? We would like to know when a user has attended X number of classes or reward based on loyalty etc...

Workflow Rule Execution Based On Status Change
Hi I have seen some information on this, but still am confused about it. I want to have workflow rules that send email alerts if the status of, say a Sales Order, gets changed. So for instance in the Sales Orders, there is a status field to which I have added some custom statuses. create a report on follow up times
I would like to have a report that shows how often my sales reps are following up leads. Preferably in the dashboard. I can set up a report that shows the total number of touches to a potential, but gives no indication of timing. Is this even possible?

uploadPhoto method not working
I am using uploadPhoto method to attach photos to my Leads. I am using PHP for the same. However, when I tried to execute the URL mentioned in the API using curl, it displays an error message saying "Unable to process your request. Please verify whether you have provided proper file." I double checked the type and path of the file I am trying to post, but it doesn't seem to work. How to add event invite into calendar?
Hello, I might be missing something but when someone sends me an invite through the CRM I do not see how can I add the that event into my own calendar within the CRM. Database backup - Create macro to auto export all data into excel
Hi, I am looking for a solution to automatically backup my database on a regular basis. My line of thinking was to build a macro, that logs into the Zoho CRM then performs the function and emails the CSV file to my email. Is this possible? I cannot add a 3rd user in the FREE Edition
I am trying to add a 3rd user, I understand the Roles and Permissions etc... but each time I try to add this third user it says I have reached my limit and will need to purchase the full edition? I go to the Setup panel and it says I only have 2 active users?

Zoho Mail Not Working with Zoho CRM
I am using the Mail Addon with my Exchange email account. I have created and sent and also received emails to/from CRM contacts from the Email tab. I even used the autosuggest tool, which proposes a CRM contact as my recipient, when typing in the "To" box. None of these emails show up on the contact's CRM page. The mail app instead offers to add this person to the CRM because it says she is not there. Truly bizarre. Can you fix this. dave

Importing Leads
I can't import leads from a Excel spreadsheet or csv file. Everything maps, I don't get any errors. I says the records are added but it doesn't actually add the records. I've tried a spreadsheet at least 10 times and converted to csv and tried that, no luck. I even tried using a few records from a spreadsheet that I have previously imported and it still doesn't work. It's 512 records so no size limitation. I need help! Please advise. Thanks Bryan
