Problems in time zone Argentina
Hii !! Currently in an account I have synchronized the crm with google calendar with the argentina / buenos aires time zone. In the CRM eh created an event at 12 PM but in the calendar google appears at 10 AM. In the CRM, in the "account" and in google calendar the time zone is UTC - 3:00 Argentina time Buenos Aires. I am receiving this message when I try to sync gmail. You cannot create a POP account, as your email incoming is blocked. Retry after the Incoming has been unblocked. Any help on this? other forums seem to show that Zoho is the only ones that can fix this.
Regular crashing of ZOHO CRM in Android - both tablet and phone apps.

Error in feching values from XML document
Hi, I am using executeXPath to fetch values from XML document which is a Google MAP API. I am using the following command. The XPath builder shows correct result on execution. However the same value is not getting stored in Distance variable. The command is given below. I have also attached the screen shots showing the error and the XPath builder interface. The result is 17950 which should be stored in Distance. Using input.Distance also gives the same error. The fact that you can sync Zoho w/ Google calendar is great, BUT, who can wait 2 hours (minimum allowable time on Zoho right now) to get everything synced up? In my business I'm on appointments all day long and things are changing, schedule is changing so I need instand updates between my calendars. I can't be the only one frustrated with this, right? CRM to Google contact
Hi. I would like to sync my contact in Zoho in my gmail account. The process is easy, but, just one thing cause some troubles... the address. In Zoho, the complete address is formed by many field (Street, zipped, etc), but when I want to map it with gmail, I see only "Personal adresse", "professional adresse", etc. But I cannot map street with street, apartment with apartment, etc. The only solution I found is to use custom field, but it's not really a good solution. Do you have any suggestions ?

When setting up Calendar Sync in Zoho CRM there is a option the set target calendar via a drop down menue. Can this target be my default calendar associated to my Google account? (I can´t test this since I´m on a free license testing) Joachim

I've been unable to use the android application for zoho. When I try to connect, it raises the error "exceed maximum allowed authtokens" I've tried this solution: https://help.zoho.com/portal/en/community/topic/error-exceeded-maximun-allowed-authtokens but it didn't worked for me. I close all other sessions but it's still unable to connect, even though there are only two sessions opened. Some ideas? I don't know what to do :(

Currently we don't use the Gmail organization concept and all in one org. Sine Zoho links to this everyone gets this as they read every email. Zoho CRM - Affordable On-demand CRM Does anyone know how we can get rid of this awful thing? I get the following error when trying to connect via the iPad app; Your account is accessed by Google/Yahoo/Google Apps/Facebook federated Sign In and do not have any Zoho password. Is there a way to specify which users in our organization can see the Zoho CRM Contextual Gadget footer? For the majority of users it just gets in the way. It would be nice to have the footer shown only to our sales & marketing teams.

Is there a way to have emails show up under the account instead of the contact? it seems like am extra step to find these synced emails and there is no way to know if another user has been in contact with the client unless you click on the contact to find the email.

Can't remove Zoho Writer app for chrome
Hello, I've installed the Zoho Writer app for google chrome and after that I removed it from chrome. So now, it is not appearing in the chrome list of installed apps. Wrong Email Address
I dont know why, but when I go to "setup" - "Apps & Add-ons", and then to "google apps" to sincronize the contacts from my account "yomeanimoyvos@gmail.com" ( my bussiness email ), it get my contacts from "bernardocari@gmail.com" ( my personal email ). The problem it is I can not find where it is "bernardocari@gmail.com" on the configuration, I have written "yomeanimoyvos@gmail.com" everywhere on the set up. Do you have any idea on how to change this?

Syncing Gmail Without Using Zoho Mail Interface
Our sales team uses Zoho CRM and Gmail, as well as the Gmail add-on. For some reason, emails only attach to accounts/contacts when they're being received within the Zoho email interface. We'd rather just continue sending/receiving email in the web interface for gmail and have the emails automatically be synced against our zoho contact database - otherwise we're required to do incredibly tedious data entry. I'd also be amenable to a solution where we could cc or bcc an address in the zoho system
