Date of entry option per line
Hi there, Been using Zoho Invoice for a few years now and find it very useful. One feature that would be helpful to me is to have the date/time stamp of the entry of a line added to the invoice. As an IT technician i have some jobe which are multi day and can be spread across a couple weeks. Some of my clients want the date of each visit included with the billing per that day. Stripe issues - Australia
Hi Team I have set up a Stripe account in Australia (its in Beta here but works fine). I have entered my Live Secret Key into the required setup field. When I do this, I see that AUD is not listed, only USD CAD EUR and GBP. Now if I create a brand new invoice, I have the ability to select Stripe (the option is enabled, and checked) until I enter a product, (so, until the price field gets populated) at which time the Stripe option gets unchecked and disabled. I presume this to be due to the unsupported

Hi How can I change a timer entry from "unbilled" not unbillable? I have a project that I can not charge, but I also dont want to delete the entries. So how can I change the status of these entries? Maybe for the whole project so I dont have to do it for every single entry? Thanks

Need Account # on Estimates and Invoices
I'm using Invoice, not the Creator database Zoho Invoice. Is it just me or does anyone else want to display the customer's Account Number on Estimates and Invoices? When customers call with billing questions, one of the first thing we ask is "What is your account number"? And it would be a lot easier to answer that question if the number was on the invoice. Every invoice I receive in the mail has my Account Number on it. It looks like estimates and invoices are created for Customers, not Accounts.
Tweak Tax Report
I just switched to Zoho for Invoice amazing it works great, but the tax report does not work well for cash based accounting. I saw a couple older posts about this, but never really a solution. I would hate to have to export my invoices every month and tweak the data my self to make it work. There has to be a simple solution. Not a deal breaker but annoying.

Report sales with tax break-up
Hello - I'm trying to generate a sales report with a break up of the sales amount as well as the corresponding VAT. However the sales report includes the tax amount as well. This seems like a very basic sales figure. I can get the figure in the TAX report, but there are some sales which don't have tax (like exports and services) so this wont work for me either. Am I missing something or this is a glaring omission in the product?

full customization of templates - disabled for how long?
Hi We are currently evaluating the Zoho Suite (invoice, projects,...) as our main tool to administrate our business. Since we are a software integrator company we are also potentially interested in interfacing zoho invoice with other softwares. By going through the software functionalities we were just astonished that the html editing of templates was disabled and not directly replaced by an upgrade of the functionality. How long will this functionality (full customization of templates) be disabled?
