Invoice Rounding?
Hi, I have rounding disabled in my preferences but when creating an invoice from a timesheet all time for a task is rounded to the nearest hour. For example, 1 hour 30 minutes is rounded to 2 hours while 1 hour 25 minutes is rounded to 1 hours. How do I disable this so that the exact time on the timesheet is used in the invoice? Thanks.

i need to make invoices that show detailed list of items but not individual prices how could i make an item that would group other items, this parent item having as rate the sum of the sub tiems rates ? alternatively without creating a parent items i would like to have a subtotal that would hide the single items indivdual prices ? eg eggs 4 butter 250 g flour 250 g sugar 250 g subtotal ( or parent item) cake

Automatically add tax to invoice?
Hi there, I'm trying Zoho Invoice. It seems pretty functional so far. However, when I create an invoice it doesn't automatically include taxes. I've defined one, and I can select it against a task while creating the invoice but that leaves me open to making mistakes and forgetting to add the tax. Which I'm prone to do. How to import invoices with multiple taxes
I need to import invocies generated before switching to Zoho Invoice. My invoices show 2 taxes (Federal and provincial taxes). In the provided samle of csv files, we can see 2 taxes (tax1 and Tax2). However, when I run the invoice import wizard, I am only able to map Tax1. Could you please help me with that ? Thanks
Report showing discounts from invoices?
I've gone through all of the reports in Zoho Invoice and searched the forums for possible answers, but have not found a way to see all of the discounts that I have issued clients. Is there a way to see the discounts without going into every invoice and manually viewing each one individually? Ideally, I would like to be able to generate a report similar to "sales by item/customer" that would show the discounts given on all invoices for a given date range could be grouped by either item or customer.

How can I get invoices into Quickbooks
We've been using Zoho Invoice now for just under a year, and overall I really like it. That said, our accountant insists that we keep using Quickbooks for our business operations because Zoho Invoice is only an invoicing app. We looked at Zoho Books, but it's not even close to meeting our feature requirements. Pay with stripe button doesn't do anything
I have my Zoho account linked with Stripe, but when I create a PDF invoice, at the bottom it says "Pay with credit card using Stripe" and there's an image of a little payment button, but in the PDF that button is just a picture, and clicking it doesn't do anything. I have built a template that uses external images (stored on http servers) to display really good looking invoices. In the browser the images show up fine in the template. (<img src="http://xxxxx.com/images/invoice.jpg">) but when it prints to PDF, the only image that shows is the LOGO image that was set in the settings.
