Client gets error message when she clicks on Paypal link
When I send an invoice, I include the Paypal link in the email. I've tested the link and it works for me. However a client says she gets this error message when she clicks the link: --------------- Zoho Invoice The page you are looking for is temporarily unavailable. Tax Breakup Error
Hi, I've been using Google Apps for ages now but wanted something that could generate online invoices, CRM and various other tools that Google don't provide. So WOW is what I said when I discovered Zoho today. I'm in the UK and have added VAT @ 17.5% but when I add items to my test invoice I get a couple of pop up errors. Support for Japanese characters
Hi, I'm a japanese who was trying to use Zoho Invoice for a while, but in vain. Unfortunately, the PDF export function doesn't seem to support Japanese characters: they show up blank where expected. It's really too bad since the rest of the features (ie. settings and custom templates) seem to accept Japanese characters. Is there any future plan to support Japanese? or any trick to get rid of the problem? Cheers,
A couple more template issues
If I set the template to use a different one other than Classic from the Invoice Settings it still reverts back to Classic when creating a new invoice and I have to choose the correct template from the drop down template list. Also my logo looks quite pixelated on my invoices, even though I've set it to the recommended 140px x 60px. I'm using a jpg image and it looks fine on the logo settings page, just pixelated on my pdf invoices. Steve
Email address field validation
On adding new customers, the system not only validates the postcodes, (of which I see a problem has been raised and is being dealt with) but also the email address field. I can enter a customer okay if I leave off the postcode, it will not allow me to add a customer without an email address. I know we're all internet mad nowadays, and I'm sure you'll find this hard to grasp, but not all my customers have email addresses!!! UK Post/ZIP codes
I have just stumbled across ZOHO Invoice and it looks like the perfect solution to my small business needs. However, I have just tried to add a customer and the system is refusing to recognise a UK post code. Has anyone else experienced this and, if so, what do I need to do. I am really keen to switch to this system but since 90% of my cusotmers are UK and Ireland-based, I need the system to recognise and accept UK postcodes.
Signature is displaying twice
This problem hasn't occurred before. But recently whenever I send out an invoice my signature appears twice in a row in the email.

Invoice Template Request
I would love to be able to edit the Professional Sample template and make changes to it. i.e. Duplicate it and just make a few minor revisions. If this is coming when do you think it will be available? I hate how city, state, zip and country are all stacked on top of one another. Also there are some other design issues I would like to change. I just don't want to start from scratch. Thanks

Been trying to create an invoice template I'm happy with, but having a little bit of difficulty getting it right. Re-order item list in invoices
Suppose I make an invoice with several line items. After I add 3 items I see that I missed out #2. The sequence order is important to me, so I really need to be able to add the new line at the bottom and then drag it up into the correct place in the invoice, but I can't. My ony approach is to cut and paste all the intervening lines so that I make a gap to add the new #2 item. Custom template based on existing template
Hi, It would be very useful to be able to take one of the existing templates, "Professional Service" for example, and edit/customise that into a new custom template. Right now the custom template dialog opens with a single generic layout starting point that is not as good as some of the pre-programmed layouts. Many thanks. Mark

Hi, It would be good to be able to select an existing invoice and duplicate it so as to use the format, text, etc. as the basis of an invoice to the same or to a new client. I use a common format across invoices and this would really help avoid lots of retyping. Thanks! Mark
INVOICE PRINT DATE
Invoices should have a Print date somewhere, indicating the date when the invoice was printed, so one can know until when the late fees were calculated.
recurring billing and invoice identifier (ex. 2 of 24)
For recurring billing, the invoice should note somewhere the payment number. For instance, if there are 24 billing periods and the system is invoicing the second period, the invoice should note something like 2 / 24 or 2 of 24, as customers may be confused when they receive multiple invoices for the same amount over a period of time.

Custom template not working
Hi, I absolutely love this place. I think they are doing a great job. I was just trying out the custom template in invoices. It just doesn't take the changes in background colors and looks very ugly. Right now it is not possible to change the shape, size or look of the various sections in the template. I hope it can be set right and more customization options added to change the look and feel of the invoice.
Rounding up the amounts
Wow, what a fantastic product, just what I've been looking for. With our financial year just begun and just a few invoices raised, I'm trying to mirror our existing system, but I can't seem to get Zoho to tally up correctly. It would appear it's not rounding up the amounts, but actually rounding them down instead. Add New Recurring - Select Customer sorting - autocomplete
On the Page to create a new recurring profile the field 'Select Customer' would be fine to be sorted by alphabet ascending. If you have a big number of clients I would suggest to change this field to autocomplete instead of a drop down (f.e. above 10 customers)
Adding history without rebilling
I just began using Invoice. I have prior Invoices I'd like to add to history for aging and payment trcking, but I do not want to email the client duplicates. Is there a way to do this?

Invoice Notification: "EMail Send Failed"
I'm not terribly impressed by Zoho's testing of these new projects. Attempting to Send (email) an invoice, after checking that the message details are okay and clicking Send, I see: <<<< Following placeholder(s) are not replaced - %P.O.Number% & %PayPalLink% EMail Send Failed >>>> After amending the text of the Invoice notification email so that it didn't include those variables, I then just get the "Email Send Failed" error message. How *can* I send the invoice?
