Suddenly cannot connect to IMAP using Thunderbird

Emails marked as "read" in my Outlook inbox while connected with Zoho Mail plug-in
When I receive email, a few minutes after it hitting my inbox in outlook, it becomes marked as "read" without reading it. It should remain unread until I read not, not when Zoho "reads" it.

Hi all, We have just migrated to Zoho Mail and seem to be receiving a few 'blank' emails. Initially we thought this was just one or two users but it's becoming a bit of an issue. One common theme we have noted is that hosted Exchange accounts emailing us seem to be affected the most. I know there are some very old threads on this, but is anyone aware of a cure? Otherwise I fear it might be the end of our Zoho Mail experience.

Is there a way to separate the aliases I have under one email Id?
Let me clarify: I have an email id that has 4 email aliases. Currently any email sent to one of the aliases goes into a single inbox. I would like for there to be a way that each alias have a different mailbox so I know all the emails in that particular inbox was sent to one particular email. DKIM verification not working with Thunderbird
I would like to report a problem we are having regarding DKIM verification. When DKIM is enabled for our domain, mail sent through the web interface is properly signed, but when mail is sent through the Thunderbird client it is not signed.
