Zoho Mail Spell Check
How do I turn off Spell Check, please? It bugs me to see so many words underscored in red when I compose my emails. There's nothing wrong with my spelling, it's just there are so many words I use including place names and scientific plant names that the spell checker does not recognise. The Zoho Mail User Guide refers to a 'Spell check' icon, but I can not find one.
Remove account(s) from desktop app?
Hello, I added several accounts to the desktop app and I would like to remove one. How can I remove that particular user from the desktop app? I deleted the user in the control panel but the user persists in the application. Note: category is set as zoho mail mobile app as there is no category for the desktop app. thanks.
Unable to retrieve mails from mail client

DKIM Verification
Hello! I'm having an issue with getting my DKIM verified. I created a key and added it to my DNS per instructions provided (instructions found here). I followed each instruction to the letter, but every time I try to verify it states that the "Verification Failed." I have also looked at similar posts on the forums and haven't found anything to help with this. Can anyone help with this? Hi, Can I use the alias (name@domain.dk) I created for my Zoho user (name@zoho.com) for IMAP on my iPhone? I tried setting it up (using the settings one would do with a separate user email) but it didn't work. I can't find specific instructions for setting up aliases.
Outlook with ActiveSync causes duplicate Sent items
I connected Microsoft Outlook 2016 to Zoho using ActiveSync. It seems to work great - immediate email notifications and quick syncing. The only problem is that when I send an email, two copies of the email appear in the Sent folder. Is there any setting to fix this - or even better, can Zoho be changed to just "do the right thing"?

Zoho meeting adding option to calendar
We recently moved to Zoho Mail and what was bit of a surprise is this - I recently registered for an webinar conducted by Zoho using Zoho meeting. On registration, i got a confirmation email with details of the meeting. Also it had an option to add to Google Calendar/Yahoo/Outlook, but no option to add to Zoho Calendar!!! I need to manually add it. Why cant you guys give add to Zoho Calendar as an option?!!

MX Record issue resulting in error from receiving mail
I have set the MX record as per instruction and the control panel also verified that my MX record are set properly but when I did the MX lookup no record is being found.
Wrong date format in emails (German)
The date format is WEEKDAY MONTH DAY, while WEEKDAY is shortened correctly in German language, for example tuesday is "Do" for "Donnerstag". However, this is not the expected order. You just filled the english string with German values. Correct would be: DAYSHORT, DATE. MONTH (the dot is correct) ...for example: So, 18. Oktober Can this be corrected?
CNAME ZB
Hi, I recently changed my DNS. This has disconnected my emails. When I log into my cPanel to change the CNAME the pop up box asks for 2 things 'nam' and 'CNAME'. I cannot just add the CNAME 'zmverify.zoho.com' without adding the 'name'. From my research it looks as though I need my zb***** code. Can you provide this or let me how I can fix this problem. Mails sent to alias comes in 'read' status
When someone sends an email to one of the alias email ids, it comes to the mailbox marked as read. I have checked filters and rule there is no such filter or rule which marks the incoming mail as read. How do i fix it.
Need more specific instructions on MX settings in Wordpress
The DNS settings were verified and accepted by Wordpress but then Zoho took me to another step which required putting in some MX settings in the DNS section of Wordpress. I can't seem to get back to that page after getting into the support area of the zoho site so can't cite the settings recommended. Hey guys, This new feature that places a spell check bubble in the top right corner of the email body is distracting. Spell check is supposed to work quietly behind the scenes and notify me only when I spell something wrong by applying a red underline to the word. This bubble is a ridiculous distraction. Sent Emails Stuck in "In Queue"
Can you tell me why most of my outgoing emails are stuck in the "In Queue" status since Oct. 6, 2020? It is just not sending it out. If I try to forward the same email to the same email addresses it will just get stuck in the queue as well. The colour schemes are depressing, and the flat paper look is hideous if you're not using windows 8 or 10, because it does not fit in with the computer display scheme, at all. Where is the calendar app in mail?
This may sound ridiculous, but I can't find the calendar app. Screenshot attached. Surely it should be accessible from the panel on the left, of some icon somewhere? I've looked in both the client and the web version.
Zoho Mail Landing Folder
When I open Zoho mail, I land to the last used folder. This creates privacy problems. PEASE restore the INBOX as landing folder, or - at least - allow the user to chose a landing folder. Valid for both web and android app Zoho Mail. Thank you.

What parts of Zoho do I need for our club?
I selected Zoho for my small non incorporated running club as it would be free or at the very least inexpensive. Web site https://www.algarvehashhouseharriers.com/. Importing Contacts through CSV with Multiple Categories
There seems to be an issue when importing contacts via CSV with multiple Categories. If I look at the format of an exported CSV, Zoho uses double quotes to list if the contact has been added to multiple categories. For example, the field will be "Category1,Category2". However, when I try and import this CSV file back into Zoho, it does not add the contact to these categories... it only adds it to one category. Is this a bug?
