Hi, Recently two users try sending mails from portal mail web and don't is possible by this error (554 5.1.8 Email Outgoing Blocked) and uin the bottom of screen appear a menssage: This account is bloqued for security reasons. I try change status in admin panel but a message said: This option is only disposible for pay users. I don konw why this happening.

Am I able to do this but via the control panel so I do not have to log into each users email? Login to Zoho Mail Go to Settings Navigate to Mail Accounts >> SMTP Uncheck the 'Save Sent Mail Copy' to not save the emails sent using the smtp.zoho.eu configuration in the Sent folder.

i have this problem since few months apparently and i realized it after few product sales that i wasn't notified about in mail although it worked before. domain : Royalsafari.net i have wordpress + woocommerce sending mails once successful product purchase or any reservation. i installed WP MAIL LOG plugin and it shows all mails are sent successfully from WP i tested it out on Gmail & Hotmail it delivers but not to mails @RoyalSafari.net i tested sending normal mails to ........ @RoyalSafari.net it

I cannot see whether or not the 'email forwarding feature' is working or not, and it is a paying feature, and it bugs/delays a lot. The "solutions" that support gave me are not acceptable: 1) Check on destination e-mail: I don't have access to our partner's Google Mail, and this as "solution" doesn't make sense. 2) Send e-mail headers for your support to check whether they are being forwarded or not. Zoho email IOS client stopped receiving emails - "page not found"
Hi My Iphone has just stopped receiving emails in the Zoho mail app - it gives me an error "page not found". I have made no changes to any settings and still receive push notifications when new emails arrive but can't load them into the app. I've tried restarting the phone but this has made no difference. I can still access emails via my laptop using IMAP and also the via the Zoho website The last email I did receive was at 10:48 this morning GMT any ideas what is wrong? thanks Jon

Cut and Paste Not Working on Iphone 7
When I go to copy and paste into an email the function does not work on my iphone 7. Seems like I can copy from say a website but when I go to paste into zoho mail the paste options (select, select all, paste) flickers very quickly and then disappears and does not allow me to paste. Also if I try to copy text from within an existing Zoho email then the select/copy/paste option does not even come up at all. If I instead go to paste onto the search engine or some other app, the paste option works well.

Having trouble downloading Zoho email to windows 10 mobile
I have a zoho email account with a domain. I have set it up as POP3 in Windows 10 on my laptop. I have set it up with the same settings on my windows 10 mobile phone. The phone was initially giving me error messages saying I could not login, but I retyped my password and did a soft reset, and that seems to be fixed now. But it is still not downloading email from the account to the email client on the phone. If you have some troubleshooting documents or something, I am happy to work through those.
