Email usage limit
Hi, My email account has 5GB limit and I have cleared the trash and inbox (via pop3). After I click the Refresh at the mail storage used, it still remains the same usage (1.4GB). Please explain how to reduce the mail storage used. Thank you. Regards, Wai Kok

Hi. We're hosted on GreenGeeks and find that in the Zone Manager, while we are able to add the SPF record as prescribed as a TXT record, but the zone corresponding to that does not accept "@" or leave blank. It seems to accept only "crux-labs.com." as a sane value. How do we verify SPF then? /Rohit
Suddenly cannot connect to IMAP or POP3 using Thunderbird
As of this morning, I cannot use Thunderbird to connect through IMAP or POP3: attempting to do so produces an error message saying that “the connection was refused.” I have tried troubleshooting already: • IMAP access is enabled for my account in the Zoho mail web client (and POP3 for my other account). • Login credentials are correct: I can indeed access my e-mail account through the web interface. • All port and server settings are correct—and are unchanged from what was working before this morning.

Hello, I (ID:640380074) have recently set up our site domain to use zoho email hosting. I really appreciate your instruction modules on setting up mx records to sync everything. I have our email working fine, the only issue is the mail forwarding. I keep getting a "not connecting to server" response when attempting to forward email (IMAP and SMTP or POP3). My mail is blocked due to security reasons. This is most probably because I transferred it to another server and had some issues with the ssl certificate. These issues are gone now and I would like to have the email enabled again please. The /unblockme page doesn't work this time. thanks

Hello support, I register with this email adress"az.ripon@zoho.com" but get one error on verify Mobile Signup, then i try to register again but now it say the domain is already registered, i am unable to login to az.ripon@zoho.com account. Hello, I've configured my MX addresses (MXlookup shows zoho's addresses), but I still don't receive any emails (I can send them just fine). While i'm trying to send an email to my zoho account from my gmail account I got 553 Relaying disallowed error. I've read I need to click envelope icon in admin => domains, but it says it will DISABLE my config, instead of enabling it. I'm using cloudflare.

Hello! Trying to make the switch from Google Suite and Outlook and am trying to wrap my head around how archiving works with Zoho. As far as I can tell it's nothing like it is with Gmail, Outlook, or iCloud (or most other email services I know of). In those you simply hit Archive and it puts it in an archive folder that is not unlike any other folder. You can click and view the emails quickly and simply. zoho mail not opening in safari
my zoho mail was working fine until around 11am this morning (uk time), it then put me into the login screen, now everytime i try to login i get the please reload page and try again message, this is only happening in safari i can login with firefox to access mail, but i would prefer to use safari. i have allowed cookies in my safari settings. is there a fix for this issue?

MX Records and SPF unconfigured after adding CNAME records?
Hello, Yesterday I added two CNAME records to my DNS configuration (to point to a new website that I just created), and when I logged to Zoho mail, I noticed that MX records and SPF are not working. I configured them before doing this, and all was working perfectly. Is there something that I'm missing? Hello, I became a user of zoho mail on 15/01/2019. I started today 17/01/2019 to rotate from my old email provider to my new zoho email address.
