How to view an invite in mobile mail
Hello, today I got an invite via email. On my phone I could not see any details and there was no option to add it to the calendar. Once I was in front of a computer, I opened the mail in a web browser, could see the details of the invite and there is a link to add the event to the calendar. That worked fine. Why can't I do that using my phone? What am I missing? On the phone, I use the Zoho mail app. Regards, Michael

ZOHO IMAP slow using Thunderbird
Hi, Using Thunderbird ... Sending is slow. Receiving is slow. Reading messages is slow. By "slow" in receiving and reading, I can explain better this way. I don't know how many days or weeks Zoho currently takes to respond to tickets. The basically non-existing support is the reason for my request to downgrade my account to the "lite" version. Hello, I am not recieving emails from people that send them from a gmail account. I have tested this myself and can confirm that none of the email addresses I have setup with you are receiving the test emails from a gmail account. My MX records are setup correctly and I am recieving emails from other people. I have checked spam folders and the spam settings in the admin control panel but nothing seems to be causing this. I am using ZOHO mail server for sending mails through my application. But not able to send emails and throws exception as The operation has timed out. I created a new email for my colleague and every time he sets it up on his Mac or iPhone and tries sending emails the email gets rejected by the server. I don't understand why that's happening as when I set up his email on my laptop it seems to be able to send and receive emails but not on his devices.

Loss of trash icon
When hovering over a message in Inbox, I no longer to see a trash icon for me to quickly delete the email. I know I can click to select the message then use the trash icon, but I found the quick trash icon much more convenient. Not sure whether this is a bug or a planned change. If the latter, i'd really like you to consider bringing it back.

Email chain does not show all of the emails
My inbox is showing the number of emails in an email chain, but it fails to actually produce the emails. See image attached. When you click on the number inside the circle, it should show the full email chain, but in this case, only displays the new email and the original one sent-- losing two emails. In fact, those emails aren't anywhere in the inbox and I have to search by the sender to find them. (frustrated) Scott

Hi, The POP access has been blocked due to the 1GB limit. I am trying to take a backup of the old email to Gmail to create space, but i guess I have run into the limit. Could this limit or the POP block be removed? Thanks in advance

apple mail app doesn't download some messages via IMAP
Hi, I've recently set up our company's emails via IMAP instead of POP (as I'm not able to login via pop anymore for some reason...) and it seems that not all of new incoming emails are downloaded via Mail app on osx. I can see those mails within zoho web client however... IMAP settings done accordingly to zoho instructions. There are no tags presetted, there is no additional spam filter... Any hints?
Outlook 365 wont connect now since upgrade
Hi not sure if the upgrade is a red herring but I had some issues last week trying to add a diffreent domain to my account but deleted that in the end. in my outlook 365 on my computer (Not OWA) I deleted the hello@openformula account then tried to Add back again. It doesn't matter what setting I try I simply cannot get it to connect. I also have Outlook installed on my laptop which is sending and receiving OK. Users Cannot See Past Emails From Group Email
I have added a few users to my email group. However, they are unable to see the emails that have been sent to that group in the past. There is currently no way to do that and it is EXTREMELY important! I have tried sharing the folder with the emails with the users. However, they cannot use the search feature on shared emails now. Why?! I need my users to be able to have past emails from the group I have added them to.
