Organization spam control: whitelist vs. TLD blacklist
I am having a problem that I am sure is very typical: there is a lot of spam coming from a specific TLD, but there is also some legitimate correspondence with several domains under that same TLD. I was hoping that organization spam control options in the control panel would allow me to block the entire TLD, but whitelist the legitimate domains under that TLD. I did try it, and it does not work - whitelisted domains remain blocked anyway. Suggestion: rearrange the processing sequence so that a domain

Hello my account is blocked I need urgent assistance please. I have no reason why my e-mail is blocked. I am attempting to access my e-mail from Tunisia. because of government restrictions I am forced to use TOR to circumvent censorship. I don't know if that has any reason to do with it but if so I request you please remove my block. Thank you.
Some email arriving in spam
Around half of the time, messages sent from programs@ get sorted in recipients spam folders. The domain is not on any blacklists. Any idea why this is? thanks

Hi, i have followed all the steps to add an MX record into my named server. and i tried using mxtoolbox.com to check if the value returned by the toolbox is mx.zoho.com. mx2.zoho.com. and mx3.zoho.com. and it is.. however, my MX record in my admin panel is still showing incorrect mx record and i am unable to send any email to my email address. Could you advise on what to do?

Issues with Zoho Mail application for macOS Mojave
I' facing 2 distinct issues with Zoho Mail app on my Macbook Air running macOS Mojave. 1. It always requires me to login twice in my zoho mail app. 2. After login, the app loads a mobile like view instead of adapting to the viewport. Also the window can't be maximized or stretched.

Can send emails, but not receiving them
Hello, I have had a few separate occasions in the last few days where a client or otherwise is trying to reach me and stated they sent me an email (or several). When I go into my inbox, I do not see any of their emails, even in the Spam folder. Some of these emails are very important and I need the contents within them. Where are they going? Hi, I'm using Zoho Email with Godaddy but I can not enable DKIM. This is the error message: "DKIM cannot be enabled for the domain as no verified default selector present" I've added everything in Godaddy DNS manager (TXT, zoho._domainkey.ranop.net, TXT VALUE) and TTL 600. Domain is verified, MX not verified, SPF verified, DKIM not verified.

Replying to an email sent to an alias from that alias
When logged in as User1@mydomain.com and an email comes into the alias sales@mydomain.com which is configured for user1 it appears in user1's inbox. If they click reply it will by default get sent from User1@mydomain.com instead of Sales@mydomain.com. How can we change it so that if the email came into the sales@mydomain.com alias any replies automatically go out from sales@mydomain.com? Hello, I signed out of my Zoho mail app. When I tried to log back in I received a message saying, "mail/contacts/calendar services are not enabled for your account. please contact your admin to enable these services through the control panel".
