Migration from cpanel webmail to zoho free plan and limitation new imap/pop3 for other external accounts.
Hi. Thanks Zoho. I wanted to ask about migration from cpanel webmail to zoho free plan. Is it possible yet? Is there any limitation? what would your recommendations be? which way is the easiest ?. I understand that you can not use imap / pop3 for other accounts in free accounts. Tell me what is the limitation here. I have a standard plan, but many new clients will start occupying the free plan. Thanks I love zoho
Cannot send mail

Have working relation with webs like u have with wordpress
Hi many of my clients with over 50 sites are hosted with webs but because there email service is costly I have been switching to you but I find it difficult to have dns records, mx..show at zoho, i have to get tickets with webs guys n zoho and many times it takes more than a month to fix with some times website going off. I suspect webs team could be frustrating me so that i remain with them but just like wordpress is listed at zoho, meaning that i can activate dns of wordpress to zoho and fix everything
Receiving Emails Late
Hi Zoho! As of a few days ago, my email on my phone will not receive emails at the same time my computer does. The emails come in on my phone 2-30 minutes later than when they were initially sent. This is quite bothersome, as I don't want to be glued to a screen all day. Can't send email templates to Leads and Contacts
I recently changed my default "from" email address. When I try to send a public email template to a Lead or Contact I can no longer see the picklist of available templates to select. All I see is "None," and when I click the drop-down arrow, there is no picklist of my templates. I was previously able to do this. Please advise - thanks.
Accounts Blocked
Two accounts were blocked for spam. After researching, the spam was sent from the online webmail from an outside IP. Passwords were changed but we are unable to reactivate outbound email. We use the email for our Government Organization to communicate with custom domain name. atkinson-ga.org

I have updated the mx setings through my GoDaddy DNS portal.I can now send and receive emails at Hello@(mydomain).co.uk successfuly. Determine status after 421 error?
Yesterday I received a Zoho error email stating [Status: Error, Address:<...>, ResponseCode 421, Host not reachable.] (Email address deleted. The original message had the actual email address.) Is there any way to determine the current status of the email? Does zoho send me another message saying the email was finally delivered? Does Zoho send another error message if the 4 days of retry fail? Also, how often does Zoho try to resend the original email?

Why Zoho
I'm new. It appears I need to create a domain via GoDaddy (in my case) and set that domain up to handle email (my focus at the moment). Why do I need Zoho? What does it do that GoDaddy's mail can't do? I have been using Fastmail for over a decade, usually with a client (Postbox, currently), but (foolishly?) decided to change. Zoho seems to make me go through an entirely separate system for service when I thought it was a service provider. I have begun to question the wisdom of my choice.

Sometimes I receive emails from a certain email address, other times I do not receive them even though I have been told they have been sent multiple times. It's the same email address and the emails are not in the spam folder.
