Mail is requiring cell phone verification, but I have multiple accounts
I'm starting a new business, and am working on setting up email. The problem I'm facing is that in order to even begin, Zoho Mail is requiring that I verify the account by receiving a code to my cell phone it appears. Unfortunately, when I put in my cell phone, it says that is already in use. This is a big problem, as I'd like to use the service to assist many other clients and set up their emails initially. Please let me know a work around to this, as I don't see any way to fix this. Thanks.

Not receiving emails from Gmail accounts
I have set up my new zoho mail but it seems like I can get emails from several providers, but Gmail. I can send emails without problems to different providers, included gmail. Is this something you are aware of? Anything I have to do on my end. Thank you very much for your help. David
5.5.1 Authentication Required - Outlook is receiving email but I'm unable to send email
I just tried sending out an email to my business contacts notifying them of my new email address and received the following: Error: 5.5.1 Authentication Required. Details: Cannot send mail. The SMTP server does not recognize any of the authentication methods supported by Outlook. Try changing the SMTP authentication options in Account settings or contact your network administrator. Message status (replied, forwarded etc.) not displaying in apple mail and on iphone
When I reply to an email, it would usually get marked with a little "arrow icon" that tells me that I sent a reply. About two weeks ago, this stoped working on my computer as well as on my iphone. When I reply to a message, the arrow icon might show up for a few seconds but then disappear. There's no way to find out if I replied to an email other then serching the "sent folder". Zoho Mail is not as advertised
When I go to the URL www.zoho.com/mail, I can scroll down a little and see an image/screenshot of a computer screen. This image shows tabs on the left-hand side that say "mail, calendar, tasks, notes, contacts, bookmarks." I have attached an image of what I see on my computer screen. DKIM Verification failure
Hello, I'm trying to verify the DKIM, but it keeps failing. On MXToolbox I see DMARC and MX errors. The DMARC error is "DNS Record not found" and the MX error is "No DMARC record found". I use GoDaddy for my domain and it has a DKIM record: Name: _dmarc.tuliptech.us TXT Value: v=DMARC1; p=none; rua=mailto:administrator@tuliptech.us TTL: 1 Hour I've followed the setup guides to the T with no luck. I keep receiving this error. I was informed that I was out of storage space in my account so I purchased two 5GB packages of space and that did not solve the problem (that feels like a rip off). I have gone through steps suggested to others with similar problems including signing in to email through zoho in email settings and that has not solved the problem. Changing Display name in mail accounts
I came across this question asking the question of how to set the display name https://help.zoho.com/portal/en/community/topic/display-name-19-10-2012. it says there should be an option in the Mail accounts section, but I don't see it. I can see my mail accounts listed, but when I click on any of them i see mailbox address, aliases, forwards, groups and vacation replies. but nothing to set the display name. has this changed, any pointers? thanks

Vacation Response sending too quickly, Zoho not finding the correct domain sending to wrong address
I need a delay built into the auto responder. I have a GoDaddy website and am using Zoho mail, when I receive an email it automatically sends out the auto response before Zoho can resolve the domain and sends to a default secureserver.net address rather than the @mydomain address. If I manually try to reply to the e-mail after 30 seconds - 1 minute it utilizes the appropriate @mydomain email address. How can I add a buffer to sending the auto respond e-mail?

The sender have informed me that it is showing 554 5.2.3 Mail Policy violation error delivering to the mail boxes and it shows that message which was sent could not be delivered to one or more of its recipients. Cannot Remove Old Domain Aliases
I removed my old domain and added my new one to my Zoho control panel and it is not letting me remove all the old domain email aliases. In the control panel > Mail Accounts I click the remove button and I get a red error saying "Operation not permitted"

My zoho account POP 3 can't sync in Outlook
Hello, My company use zoho service @ut-stc.com.vn. Recently, our e-mail worked normal, but from today ( 16-05-2018) this e-mail (training@ut-stc.com.vn) cant sync in outlook when i choose POP 3 option, it asked for password everytime ( althought i type the right one). In control panel i enabled POP3 / IMAP already, we use it very normal from last year. Error (0x800CCC92) Could anyone know how to solve this ? Thank you very much

Outgoing disabled
Hello, two users under the domain tururu.cat (comandes<at>tururu<dot>cat) and (info<at>tururu<dot>cat) can't send emails due to a spamer/virus on our computer (it was trying to send emails constantly). The accounts were disabled for outgoing. I'm now sure the computer is ok but I can't enable these accounts again. Operation permitted for paid user(s) only Can we re-enable it again. Not able to unblock account
Hello, My account victor.galvez@lariaza.com got blocked fo exceeding my mail storage. I deleted my emails and used the unblock me page. I enter the capcha and then got the page telling me that my account was unblocked. I tried to use my email and it kept blocked. Did the same thing 3 times (use the unblock page and the 3 times got the page that said it was unblocked) but it doesn't unblock my mail. Is the unblockme page no working? Thanks.

Is there a way to auto BCC any emails sent from Zoho Mail to CRM? I want to be able to BCC all emails sent from Zoho Mail on my domain to the CRM system to keep a log / record etc but I cannot find the setting to do this.

Unable to verify email address
Hi, I am setting up emails for a new domain name but erroneously I signed up with a new email address which is yet not created. Now, I am not able to create that in the ADD USERS list as it says the account is already created. Since I do not have mailbox of that address, I am not even able to get into the dashboard since it is asking for verification, which eventually would come on the email but there is no mailbox as such. Are responses to a Mass Email visible in the Email section of a lead?
One of my sales reps sent a series of follow-up emails to some leads. He got a response from one of them and was hoping to see that response in the Email section of the lead record (as he does with all other leads, via the Gmail integration.) However, this particular response does not seem to be showing up in the Emails for that Lead record. Anyone know why?
