Leads Entered in iPad App Not Appearing in PC version of Zoho CRM
I am entering leads one by one in my iPad with the Zoho CRM app. I have the Zoho CRM opened on my PC and I click on refresh after several minutes but the leads do not show up here. Why? How long should it take for the information I type in the iPad app of the same program show up on the PC version of the same program? Thank you! SBP
Duplicate records in mobile app
I am working on the import of products, accounts, leads etc. I've done some imports and then un-done them, as i make customizations to the fields. While i may see only one record on my desktop, the iPhone app shows multiple copies of each record. The only thing that got rid of the extra records, which weren't actually on the server, was a reset of the app. Since we need to update the product records daily, how can we keep this from happening to our field sales reps? It's awkward to have to reset
Re-sync mobile app
Hello Zoho team. I just reset my password on my mail but on the mobile app is not asking the new password. my question is if somebody hack my account and they have installed the app on the phone they can see and send mail even if i change the password many times. My question is how to re-sync all the connected devices in order to ask the new password to be inserted. Thanks in advance.
Mobile version
In the mobile version looking up an account does not present you with the Users associated with that account. Very weak for road warriors. Just like being unable to access the quotes while you are in front of the customer. If this is true, Zoho is not a particularly good option for the use of and managing, the sales force in the field. Hopefully, someone can point out where I am wrong about that.
Custom fields in mobile app?

Contacts on web not available on mobile, even after refresh
Hi, I recently discovered that some of my contacts, which are available via web version, are not available on my mobile, even after a refresh. I have a Samsung Galaxy S3 running Android. Any thoughts as to how to correct this? Thank you.

Mobile App Customization
Hello, I am currently on the trial version and so far I am pleased with the program and its customization. I updated a bunch of fields, added new ones and deleted others in a couple of the modules on the internet, however when I open my mobile app those customized fields, added fields and deleted fields don't seem to have changed at all and am left with the standard fields. Is this something that is happening because I am currently on the trial version? Are the mobile app fields only customizable

I have deleted, reinstalled, made sure I had full internet, yet this stupid app won't get past the spinning wheel symbol, so therefor I cannot log into my Zoho CRM account. What's up with that? BTW, using a new iPhone 6S

Viewing tasks on Zoho APP
Hi Guys, I am having trouble on viewing the tasks on APP that I have created on my projects in Zoho by using website. It may be a reason that I created a task template and imported it to a new project which was similar to one of my old project. is there a way that I cant view imported task list on Zoho APP. Hi Guys, I am not able to view my tasks on my smartphone. I can see them from my computer. So here is what I did, I created a Task template since all my projects have same tasks so whenever I create a new project I import the task list. Hello wonderful Zoho people, I am in a situation where 2 months of building and customizing my future Zoho crm is very close to being finalized ...but I am stuck now so close to the end.Here is the situation...I am relying heavily on the Search settings - nearby settings feature from the app and specifically I need from you to have my appointments ( Cases) module added to the Nearby settings .Currently the nearby settings allow only for Profile/Leads/Accounts.It is really a make it or break it situation
Bug in sharing documents with clients!
When you remove the permitions from the clients to see the documents in the dashboard, the only way they have the ability to see the files is if you associate them to a task in the external tab. This works perfect. But the problem is on the mobile app they have the ability to see all the items in the project even with the permitions removed! This is a very serious bug because i can't have my clients seeing all the files!

I just want to do some planning and see my leads on a map in a browser. I've used the iPhone app but it will only show leads within a certain radius of my CURRENT location, and that doesn't work for planning a trip. thanks.
iPhone 6S display issues
When reading my account descriptions from an iPhone6S, there are issues with the display. The text gets centered and narrowed (smooshed) in the middle of the screen, making it difficult to read and impossible to edit.

Hi All, I've run into a couple of problems with iPhones versus Android when it comes to syncing Contacts and setting Contact Views. Is anyone else having these problems? First, Zoho's documentation is not clear to me: Initially when you sign in to Zoho CRM using your iPhone, 1000 records in the Contacts module and 200 records each in other modules will be downloaded.The latest modified records will be added i. e. based on the Modified Time. You can later download more records (200 per download)
Android 5 without notifications from zoho app
recently, i bought a new phone with android 5. now, im getting no notifications at all from zoho app. tried deleting cache, reinstalling the app, but nothing seems to work i can still send and receive emails tru the app. just no notificatins... also, i think it also syncs only when i open the app because it says "loading" for a while before it refreshes thank you for all your help

Notes Not Displaying on Mobile App
I am using the Zoho CRM and have found that the notes I have entered via desktop are not being displayed on the mobile app. The mobile app simply says "No Notes", which is not true. I have tried the "Fetch from Server" button as well and get the same results.

Good Afternoon Store calls have been set up however the Desk top version does not have the same information on the Mobile version how do i fix this. I can see the potentials and can select from drop down menu but this will not show up on the mobile version on android. HELP! :-)

Does the all the information from the mobile app automatically populate from the desktop version to the mobile app? An employee tried it today and it didn't populate from the desktop to the mobile app. However, when he imputed the information on the mobile app, it populated in the desktop version. Any advice? Zoho Contacts Android Sync - no photos on smartphone

Problems connecting on my Samsung via the app
I have never had a problem logging onto my Samsung Note 4 with my Zoho..and I am sure that I am doing something wrong..but when I try to sign on/log on..I am getting the message "Error While authentication( User not confirmed) . Which is strange..because I am able to log onto the desktop with not problem with the same log on..

Receiving error 'cannot obtain address error in opening the map' when selecting address on iphone app
When I look up a lead or contact on the iPhone app and select the icon to map the address I receive the error 'cannot obtain address error in opening the map' Any ideas on how to get this feature to work? I checked all the phone settings and found nothing that would indicate a setting issue.
No Contacts on Mobile App
My list of contacts disappeared from the mobile app. I tried to add contacts using the mobile app, and the app is only allowing me to add one contact. If I enter a second contact, the first contact disappears.
Why are all of the extra fields I removed in CRM showing in Mobile?
I have tweaked CRM for what I need and have removed all of the extra info I do not. Why is it that Mobile continues to show all of these fields. Do they not sync to tell each other info other than the Customer/Lead info? Is there a way to get the fields in Mobile to match those that I spent hours setting up in CRM? Thank you
USER NOT ACTIVE when using APP
Hello there, I´m the SuperAdmin for my group and for some reason cannot use the CRM App on my iOS device. All other users can login no problem but when I enter my credentials I get a USER_NOT_ACTIVE error message. I changed my PW serveral times without any avail. Any ideas why?
